The Greek term for flower is Chloris. It is derived from the name of the Chloris, the goddess of vegetation, in Greek mythology, reasonably so, if we consider the great number of mythological tales linked to flowers of the Greek flowers. The use of flowers was widespread in Greece from time immemorial, since flowers are so important to us from the moment we are born.Flowers play an important role in mythology. As they morph from bud to bloom to faded and wilted petals, they assume various meanings linked to youth, life and death. Psidium guajava （guava） leaf is a phytotherapic used in folk medicine to treat gastrointestinal and respiratory disturbances and is used as anti-inflammatory medicine. In nuclear medicine, blood constituents （BC） are labelled with technetium-99m （^99mTc） and used to image procedures. However, data have demonstrated that synthetic or natural drugs could modify the labelling of BC with ^99mTC. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effects of aqueous extract of guava leaves on the labelling of BC with ^99mTc. Blood samples of Wistar rats were incubated with different concentrations of guava extract and labelled with ^99mTc after the percentage of incorporated radioactivity （%ATI） in BC was determined. The results suggest that aqueous guava extract could present antioxidant action and/or alters the membrane structures involved in ion transport into cells, thus decreasing the radiolabelling of BC with ^99mTc. The data showed significant （P〈0.05） alteration of ATI in BC from blood incubated with guava extract. 相似文献

The effects of the electro-deposition conditions on the crystal structure and the properties of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) were investigated in this paper. The results show that EMD was γ-crystal, with sand-like rough interface. The optimal preparation conditions of EMD were 30 min deposition time, and p H=1.0 in Mn SO4-H2SO4 solution at 50 ?C. Surfactant(P1) was conducive to the uniform and stable surface of γ-Mn O2 film, the impedance and the specific surface area of the electrode modified with γ-Mn O2 increased by 21.4 times and 75.6 times, respectively. The redox reversibility and the resolution ratio of characteristic peaks with the modified electrode were significantly improved in the benzodiazepines electrochemical reaction. The achievement illustrated that the controllable synthesis of γ-Mn O2 film thickness was practical in electrochemical sensors, and the determination reliability of benzodiazepines was improved with γ-Mn O2 modified electrodes used in environment monitoring technology. 相似文献

This article reports on an event‐driven case study which took the form of a curriculum intervention in order to examine how a class of fifth‐graders understood, interpreted and commented visually on the Greek debt crisis. Considering art education as a safe place where students can critically investigate through relevant visual culture genres socio‐political issues that affect their own lives, the author developed and implemented a political cartooning project. The students were engaged in making political cartoons about the Greek debt crisis and interrelated socio‐political issues and events. A finding of the study was that the students located, identified and labelled the multiple facets of the Greek crisis in a way that was meaningful to them. They employed visual and/or linguistic metaphors as a humorous mechanism to create meaning and emphasised the enormous strains placed on Greek society. The article concludes that the inclusion of the Greek debt crisis in the art curriculum served as a tool for social awareness for the students and connected schooling with society. 相似文献

中国佛教美术的早期是一个漫长的引进融合阶段,很大程度上受到印度佛教美术,尤其是犍陀罗美术的影响,但中国佛教美术的基点仍是本土艺术传统。所以,中国早期佛教美术逐渐融合和减退了印度佛教美术强烈的肉欲和性感色彩,消磨了希腊艺术几何概括的形式,逐渐改变了印度化的雕塑,创立了中国佛教美术的样式。犍陀罗式的印度化雕塑也渐渐演进成汉式造型,“右开左合”的改良式偏衫更成为中国早期佛教造像的特征。这些基本形象的改造既不失佛经本意,又易为民众普遍接受,真正体现了民族性。 相似文献
