近年来,我国经济高速发展,取得了优异的成果.但是,与此同时也出现了收入分配差距偏大的经济现象,导致了现阶段我国总消费需求不足.古典产权制度下的工资市场定价是产生收入分配差距偏大的一个核心机制.在古典产权制度下,我国劳动力市场的两个特点决定了工资的市场定价必然将工资定位在低点,导致相当一部分就业人口长期处于低收入水平,从而产生收入分配差距偏大和总消费需求不足的问题.解决这个问题,必须构建和谐社会,进行一系列相应的体制改革. 相似文献

改革开放以来，我国收入分配差距呈长期扩大的趋势，对此我们应有正确的认识，收入分配差距过大，必然引起两极分化而激化社会矛盾，而走平均主义的老路，必然使社会经济发展缺乏内在动力。我们不能走平均主义的老路，要正确对待生产要素参与分配，正确认识收入分配差距的二重性效应，客观谨慎地认识“库兹涅茨倒U型曲线理论”，充分认识非效率收入的危害性。通过发展经济、科学处理效率与公平之间关系、营造平等竞争机会、规范非效率收入、加强法制建设、关注三农问题等手段，妥善解决收入分配差距问题。 相似文献
