教师的知识结构不仅影响着教学的实施,而且影响着学生的学习.教师的知识结构可以分成本体性知识、条件性知识和实践性知识3个层面.当前我国初中数学教师知识结构的现状是:教师对本体性知识、条件性知识与实践性知识的掌握与新课程之间有一定的差距,且各教龄段教师对这3方面知识掌握不平衡;教师对新教育教学理论知识缺乏且滞后;教师的继续教育不能满足教师发展的需求;教师的教育研究能力相对较差,且缺乏必要的教学反思.因此,教师应及时充电;应加强和改进教师的继续教育;通过校本培训来优化教师的知识结构. 相似文献

深入研究合格初中数学教师应当具备的数学教学知识是总结反思5年来教师资格国考的需要.通过国内外相关文献的研究,总结有关合格教师的知识结构,在此基础上分析合格初中数学教师的学科教学知识的内涵及其构成,主要包括数学教学的内容知识、数学教学的课程知识、数学教学的方法知识.通过对高师院校教学法教师和初中数学一线教师的调查,构建了合格初中数学教师学科教学知识的二级考核指标.反观5年来的初中数学教师资格国考试题中的数学学科教学知识,发现近几年来初中数学教师"学科知识与教学能力"科目考试在题型、考查知识点及分值上相对比较稳定,但试题也存在着学科教学基础性知识重视不够,实践性知识考分偏高,教材分析能力的考察有待加强,数学文化与数学史知识体现得还不够充分等问题. 相似文献
