商业秘密作为一种特殊形态的信息,具有独特的法律特征,对于商业秘密的法律保护已经成为许多国家法律体系中的重要内容之一。而我国对于商业秘密的法律保护主要是通过相关法律规范进行的,存在一定的局限性。为了维护市场经济秩序,有效地预防和制裁商业秘密侵权行为,笔者在分析我国商业秘密法律保护的不足的基础上对如何完善商业秘密之法律保护进行了探讨。 相似文献
