采用2种不同特性的加拿大石灰石来研究钙基吸收剂循环煅烧碳酸化捕集 CO2过程中硫化反应对碳酸化反应的影响．当反应气氛中有 SO2时,每次循环中钙的碳酸化转化率都要低于没有 SO2的循环,而且钙的硫酸化转化率几乎随着循环次数线性增长．在650℃,0.18％SO2的环境中,对5和10 min 这2种碳酸化时间而言,前4次循环的碳酸化转化率几乎没有区别．与碳酸化过程同时发生的间接硫化反应是导致吸收剂捕集 CO2能力下降的原因,而碳酸化时间并不是影响吸收剂脱碳的主要影响因素．在所测试的3个温度中,680℃是最佳碳酸化温度,在此温度下碳酸化转化率最高,而此温度下硫化转化率最大,则可能是由于温度对碳酸化和硫化反应速率的作用不同而造成的．碳酸化转化率随 SO2浓度的增加而减小,但两者之间并不是线性关系． 相似文献

以河蚬壳为原料,采用二次高温煅烧法获得较高纯度的CaO,溶于水后调成石灰乳,与柠檬酸进行中和反应制备柠檬酸钙。探讨河蚬壳高温煅烧的工艺条件和河蚬壳煅烧产物的纯化工艺条件,并采用正交试验设计法优化确定柠檬酸与河蚬煅烧物中和反应制备柠檬酸钙的最佳条件。结果表明,取二次煅烧后的产物0.3 g,加水12 mL调成石灰乳,与10 mL,1.2 mol·L-1柠檬酸于70℃下反应30 min,制得柠檬酸钙0.799 8 g,产品经原子吸收分光光度法测定含钙量21.76%,经红外图谱定性分析符合目标产品特性。 相似文献

提出一种电石渣资源化利用的新方法．首先,将燃煤电站烟气通入电石渣浆液捕集 CO2．碳酸化后的电石渣浆液（CCSS）干燥后在钙循环中作为吸收剂捕集 CO2．在双固定床反应器和热重仪上研究了 CCSS和电石渣的 CO2捕集特性,包括碳酸化时间、煅烧温度和碳酸化温度对 CCSS 循环碳酸化特性的影响．结果表明 CCSS 的 CO2捕集性能和碳酸化速率均高于电石渣．煅烧温度为950℃时,CCSS 比电石渣具有更好反应活性,这有利于在恶劣煅烧条件下捕集 CO2．在700～725℃,CCSS 表现出了最佳的碳酸化性能．煅烧CCSS 比电石渣孔隙结构更好,具有更大比表面积和比孔容,这有利于循环捕集 CO2． 相似文献

文章采用数值模拟的方法来模拟钢渣在流化床中的碳酸盐化反应。运用双流体模型来描述流化床中的气固两相流动。采用未反应核模型计算反应速率,扩散系数根据反应过程中颗粒孔隙结构的变化进行了相应的修正。通过UDF自定义程序导入化学反应速率,实现流化床内气固两相流动、传质和化学反应之间的耦合。模拟结果可知颗粒粒径、反应温度、吹气速度、CO_2浓度均对反应有一定的影响,缩小颗粒粒径,提高反应温度、吹气速度、CO_2浓度都可以提高反应效率,其中CO_2浓度对反应速度影响较大。 相似文献

采用树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮对纳米晶粒硬质合金进行平面磨削试验,结合单因素和正交实验研究不同磨削要素即磨削深度ap、工件进给速度vw、砂轮线速度vs 对磨削纳米晶粒硬质合金表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,磨削深度ap 和工件进给速度vw 增加,表面粗糙度增加?砂轮线速度vs 增加,表面粗糙度减小。磨削3 要素对纳米晶粒硬质合金表面粗糙度影响程度的大小依次是工件进给速度、砂轮线速度、磨削深度。因此,为了获得好的表面质量可以采取小进给、小切深、高砂轮线速度的组合方式进行磨削?同时建立了磨削纳米晶粒硬质合金的表面粗糙度数学模型并验证了模型的可靠性。 相似文献

为了进一步了解流化床渣与炉排渣等焚烧炉渣的性质,改善其应用性能,为其资源化利用提供理论依据,对天津市垃圾焚烧发电厂的炉排焚烧炉底渣和循环流化床焚烧炉底渣进行了取样和分析,从X射线衍射光谱的物相分析、X射线荧光光谱的成分分析、烧失量分析3方面对两种焚烧炉渣的主要成分进行了研究。结果表明,流化床渣和炉排渣的主要晶相为石英(SiO2)、钙硅石(Ca2SiO4)和钠长石(Na(AlSi3O8)),为低熔点的钙化物共熔物相,但炉排渣的组成成分更复杂;流化床渣、炉排渣中SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、Fe2O3含量之和分别达75.45%、65.95%,其中SiO2、CaO含量差异性较大;流化床渣的烧失量远低于炉排渣。 相似文献
