文章以探究舞龙舞狮运动与太极拳运动对大学生在健身方面的不同效果为目的.运用随机分组的方法,将参加测试的48位大学生分成两组,两组分别参加舞龙舞狮训练和太极拳训练,并对两组训练前后的身体机能相关指标,进行测试、统计、分析,组间差异性采用t检验.经研究得出:经过舞龙舞狮运动训练的和太极拳训练的大学生,他们的健身效果具有显著性变化,并且两种锻炼方式下所呈现的健身效果存在差异.结合不同项目的特点,分析得出不同传统体育运动项目对大学生健身效果产生不同方面及不同程度的影响,这为大学生健身提供了可参考的理论依据及现实指导意义.  相似文献

采用专家访谈法、网上查询法和文献资料法对2006年我国田径投掷项目竞技科研进展进行了全面的分析研究,得出以下结论:技术、体能与竞技能力论文数量占绝大多数,技术、体能与竞技能力、项目特征这3大类科研成果多,训练监控、心理研究力度不够,战术科研甚至处于空白状态,具体项目上铁饼、标枪心理,训练监控除标枪外,链球项目特征研究也都是空白。建议要加大战术、训练监控、心理科研投入力度,不断提高论文的数量和质量。  相似文献

为了揭示竞技体育运动训练PDSC-CAD系统的总体设计问题及关键实现因素,从竞技运动训练过程设计及监控的实际应用出发,分别从体育运动训练方法学和体育运动训练知识再生角度,描述了竞技体育运动训练PDSC-CAD系统的业务规则,建立了基于面向对象的系统设计模型,提出了系统总体设计方法,创建了基于知识管理与发现的系统总体框架和系统原型。系统初步开发实践表明,上述技术方法能有效支持竞技体育运动训练PDSC-CAD系统的研发,并对其它领域的CAD系统研发工作具有一定借鉴意义。  相似文献

采用专家访谈法、网上查询法和文献资料法,对2007年国内公开发表田径竞技论文进行分析。结果表明:技术、体能与竞技能力论文占绝大多数,但训练监控、项目特征等方面的研究力度不够,战术科研只占1.9%;论文选题已多样化,训练监控、项目特征研究能力已达很高的水平。建议加大除技术、体能与竞技能力以外论文类别的科研投入力度,特别是薄弱环节。  相似文献

Board and care owners and administrators must find new and innovative ways to meet the training needs of those on their staffs. The authors investigated computer-based instruction as a way to teach injury prevention techniques to these care providers. A computer-based (CB) training program was used that had been adapted from a print-based/instructor-led (IL) program. This article discusses the effectiveness of the CB training as compared to the effectiveness of the traditional IL format. The CB and IL versions of a prevention training program were presented to board and care staff during five sessions. The 78 participants were randomly assigned to either the CB or IL groups. Both the CB and IL groups significantly increased their knowledge scores from pretest to posttest. The CB participants reported that they enjoyed the training and had no difficulty using the computers, even though some of them had never used a computer previously for any activity. Computer-based training can be an effective alternative training technique for this population.  相似文献

The evaluation of a first step implementation of an interactive training program for beginning faculty is presented. The training program is based on the principles of full recognition of the subjective theory of the faculty and establishing an equal relationship between the faculty and the trainer.To evaluate the actual implementation of the model questionnaires on the implementation of the two principles, participants’ reactions to the training and fulfilment of expectations towards the training were used. The results of the training are assessed with questionnaires on the learning of the participants, their expected use of knowledge and skills, their expected development and a pre and post measurement of instructional beliefs. The results show that the interactive model of faculty training was implemented and seems appropriate for training beginning faculty. The goals of the training were attained, except for directional change in instructional beliefs of the faculty. It is hypothesised that global changes in instructional beliefs can only be measured after a longer period.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to explore how prospective special educators (PSEs) used and experienced different types of consultation skills in consultation sessions they held with general educators. The participants were 17 PSEs in Finland attending a course in which problem-solving stages and communication skills were taught. The PSEs’ self-reflections on the audio-recorded consultation sessions were analyzed using an interpretative hermeneutical approach with qualitative content analysis. The strategies they used can be described as creating frames and clarity, applying reflective listening, offering keys and lifelines, and supporting the change. The results concerning facilitators indicated that the PSEs found both problem-solving stages and communication skills useful. Several pitfalls indicated that although the PSEs were aware of the consultation skills, they were still unable to apply them flexibly. The results indicated that self-reflection can be used as a tool in PSEs’ consultation training, but as a complement, more supervised consultation training is also needed.  相似文献

This paper examines the utility of a feminist pedagogical framework in establishing and organising the Caribbean Institute in Gender and Development (CIGAD), which is a biennial intensive gender and development training programme that has taken place in Barbados since 1993. To highlight the major impact that CIGAD has had in educating and empowering Caribbean men and women, the authors will first discuss the importance of feminist pedagogies in teaching, learning and activism in this programme by locating them within an intersectional postcolonial/transnational framework. Secondly, the authors consider the ways in which feminist pedagogy and praxis have been central in training women and men in the Caribbean region in gender analysis, helping them recognise the important role gender plays in development planning and policy as well as how it can be integrated into their work to improve their communities. Finally, through a feminist dialogic, participatory and experiential approach, the authors assess the impact that the CIGAD has had on participants, and community development training will be discussed based on the monitoring and evaluation of the exercise completed in 2014.  相似文献

Abstract

Teaching modalities and in-service training activities that show promise of increasing student learning and teaching effectiveness are identified. The subjects were 25 community/junior college instructors with an average of 5.08 yr of college teaching experience and at least a master's degree, who participated in a 6-wk institute. Modern educational technology facilities, including fully equipped microteaching labs, were used to train the participants in Flanders Interaction Analysis and questioning strategies. The Delphi process, surveys involving the Likert scale, and follow-up visits to campuses were used to collect data. The participants identified several modalities and training techniques as effective.  相似文献

A national sample of 320 school‐based, practicing members of the National Association of School Psychologists provided information on (a) their caseloads receiving medications, (b) types of school psychopharmacology training opportunities available and perceptions of their current training in child psychopharmacology, and (c) information about consultative efforts in monitoring medication effects on school functioning. Results indicated that almost one of every four cases seen by survey participants were being treated with psychotropic medications; nearly all respondents have engaged in consultation related to medication evaluations. Professional workshops and independent reading were the most utilized training opportunities, and participant responses indicated an overwhelming need for basic educational training to improve knowledge and consultation in this area. Implications of these findings on training in evidence‐based interventions and current practice are discussed as school psychologists experience legislative pressure to diminish their collaborative involvement in medication treatment consideration and evaluation. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. There is a growing expectation in the UK for teachers to have an understanding of common mental health problems in young people. This study aims to identify the training needs of secondary school teachers to enable them to adequately support and educate their students around mental health. Nine focus groups, each with between four to eight participants, were conducted with secondary school teachers in the UK. Discussions were centred on the needs and wants of teachers in terms of mental health training, provision and advice. Participants were also shown three online resources as an example of existing training. Thematic analysis was used to structure the data. Participants wanted training on how to identify and provide early support for students who are struggling, without taking on the perceived role of a therapist. Participants also emphasised the strong need for practical, interactive and expert-led training that provides resources that can be adapted to individual settings. Implications and recommendations are discussed.  相似文献

运用问卷调查法及访谈法对周口市区群众篮球运动参加者的基本情况、锻炼情况和影响因素进行了调查研究.结果表明:参加者以35岁以下的中青年男性为主;锻炼时间以15点至18点为主,锻炼动机以娱乐和健身为主;影响群众篮球运动开展的主要因素是场地数量不足和组织管理的无序性.针对调查中发现的问题,提出相应的对策,为当地体育行政管理部门的政策制定提供科学的参考依据.  相似文献

委托代理理论可以作为分析农民培训制度的研究框架.对湖南、甘肃、云南、江苏等省区青年农民培训的调研结果显示,目前我国农民培训制度存在多级委托代理,项目运作不规范,缺乏标准化监测、评估指标体系与激励机制等问题.为此,应开展培训机构能力建设,创新培训制度,实现项目运作透明化、高效率,建立农民参与机制.  相似文献
