心理状态，对现实生活中每一个人来说，至关重要，它无时不影响着人的思想，工作和生活，对刚进入大学校门的新生来说，好的心理素质，可以催人奋进，不断进取，可以在错缩复杂的环境中，沉着应对，稳掌航船，也可以在多变的逆境中，以超人的智慧和胆识，劈开迷雾走向光明，而差的心理素质，往往使人思想不稳定，工作忽热忽冷，情绪多变，关键时刻把握不住，尤其是遇到不顺心的事情和困难的时候，这种表现尤为突出，如急躁，坐卧不安，以非常人的思维方式考虑问题，甚至钻牛角尖，呼不下饭，睡不着觉，心理状态极不平衡，结果无法自控，失去理智，很可能发生一些不该发生的事情，因此，及时分析调整学生心态，培养良好的心理素质，是我们作学生工作的一大任务，特别是做好新生思想工作的首要任务。 相似文献
