对人参皂甙20(s)-原人参二醇组中的两种主要单体皂甙Rd与Rb_1在近似胃液条件下的酸水解情况以HPLC法进行了分析检测,结果表明:人参皂甙Rd降解产生次级甙20(s)一Rg_3和F_2;Rb_1降解产生次级甙20(s)-Rg_3、F_2和Rd.综合这些研究,文中对该条件下皂甙甙键的裂解顺序、次级甙的衍生规律以及水解相关因素的影响亦做了初步探讨与归纳。  相似文献

以豆粕为原料 ,对蛋白酶水解植物蛋白的条件进行了研究。在酶解反应中 ,各因素对酶解作用的影响大小顺序是 :酶解时间 >p H值 >酶用量 >酶解温度。酶解反应的最适作用条件为 :温度 4 5℃、p H5.0和酶用量 30 0 0 u/ g。豆粕的水解度随时间的延长而增大 ,在4 5℃、p H5.0和 30 0 0 u/ g的条件下 ,水解豆粕 8h,水解产物的氮收率和水解度分别 55.4 6%和4 3.0 4 %。在同样条件下 ,水解油菜饼 ,水解产物氮收率和水解度分别为 57.59%和 4 4 .65%。  相似文献

采用纤维素酶对蓝莓果渣进行糖化水解,以增加料液中还原糖和花青素的含量,进而提高原料的利用率。试验研究了酶添加量、酶解初始pH、酶解温度及时间4个因素对水解效果的影响,先后采用单因素试验和正交设计试验对水解工艺条件进行优化,并经验证得出最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶添加量40FPU/g果渣、初始pH4.8、酶解温度50℃、酶解时间持续24h,此条件下蓝莓果渣酶解液中的还原糖含量达14.21 g/L,花青素浓度为0.35g/L。  相似文献

以黄姜为主要对象研究了薯蓣皂甙元的定量测定方法.以乙酸酐与浓硫酸以191(体积比)为显色剂,CHCl3为溶剂,使皂甙元显色,用分光光度计在波长为397 nm处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量.从植物中提取的皂甙元不需分离可直接测定,在1~50 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.  相似文献

氧化淀粉的水解是肝泰乐生产中非常关键的步骤,传统的做法是加温加压下的酸法水解,该法水解条件的选择和水解终点的确定都比较困难。通过理论分析和试验研究我们找到了一种新的水解方法,即碱性水解。碱法水解可以在常压下完成,水解终点易于确定,且最终产率比现有的酸法水解的产率高,因而是一种有着良好应用前景的方法,值得进一步研究和开发。  相似文献

以云南盾叶薯蓣为实验材料,从发酵时间、水解时间、抽提物的pH值、回流速度对盾叶薯蓣皂甙元提取率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:发酵48h、水解4h、抽提物pH≈7.0、回流速度25min/次,可获得最佳提取率。  相似文献

以水解度为优化指标,利用单因素试验考察酶解温度、pH值、时间等因素对鱼蛋白水解的影响,利用中心组合试验方法优化酶的添加量和蛋白质浓度.结果表明,复合蛋白酶水解蓝圆够的最佳工艺条件为:加酶量2700U·g^-1蛋白、蛋白质浓度1.56%、水解温度60℃、反应体系pH7.5、反应时间8h.在此条件下,水解体系的氨基酸态氮含量达1.27mg·mL^-1,水解度为50.98%,挥发性盐基氮含量为0.032mg·mL^-1。  相似文献

以河蚬为原料,水解度和氮收率为指标,筛选出适合河蚬酶解的蛋白酶,利用二次回归正交旋转组合试验建立水解度与加酶量、酶解温度、酶解时间的数学回归模型,确定河蚬蛋白酶法水解的最佳工艺条件为:液固比3:1,混合酶(Neutrase/Alcalase)组合比例3:1,pH值7.O,加酶量1.3%。酶解温度53℃,酶解时间261rain,此时水解度为46.1%,氮收率81.2%.  相似文献

预处理是制约甘蔗渣制取燃料乙醇效率,决定生产过程经济性的关键因素之一。为提高甘蔗渣的利用率,并改善其酶解性能,首先用稀H_2SO_4溶液对其进行了水解,然后对水解液进行了回收利用,最后对水解后的甘蔗渣进行了碱处理,并用酶解实验检验了处理效果。实验结果表明:硫酸质量分数、反应温度和时间对甘蔗渣半纤维素的水解都有较大的影响,液固质量比对甘蔗渣半纤维素水解率的影响较小。甘蔗渣在120℃下水解6 h,其半纤维素水解率可以达到65%。水解液回用3次后,木糖的浓度可提高1.6倍以上,硫酸用量可节约60%以上。对经过稀硫酸水解后的甘蔗渣进一步进行碱法预处理,可以使甘蔗渣中的木质素含量大大降低,甘蔗渣的酶解率由19.1%提高到40%以上。  相似文献
