由于历史的原因和客观现实条件的限制，我国的教育资源严重不足，成人高等教育已成为我国高等教育不可分割的组成部分。而作为成人高等教育前沿阵地．作为普通高等学校成人函授高等教育的重要组成部分的函授站更是为我国社会主义经济建设培养了大量急需的应用型、实用型人才。但是，现在随着学校日益社会化、开放化，影响成人高等教育质量的因素日益增多，而信息技术的发展又使信息社会的教育特别是传统模式的函授教育面临着新的挑战。现代教育技术作为信息技术在教育、教学领域的运用，绝不能仅仅看作是一般的教学手段和教学方法的运用问题。因为信息技术在教育教学领域的全面运用，必然引起包括教学模式、教学内容、教学方法和教学手段的深刻改革，并最终导致教育思想、教学观念乃至教育体制的根本变革。那么，面对新的形势，成人教育工作者如何找出差距，找出问题，运用现代教育理论和技术，有针对性地进行创新改革．改进成人教育的教学观念、教学环境、教学手段，培养出社会需要的高质量应用型人才？这是摆在成人教育工作者面前的新课题。 相似文献

国外远距离高等教育已有一百多年的历史。它是从一般的函授教育起步发展起来的。国际上远距离高等教育大致有五种教学模式:1.专门为已登记攻读某大学校外学位的学生提供函授辅导的函授学院;2.普通高校为其校外生提供函授教育,进行考试并授予学位;3.专门的高校或某些教育机构进行合作,专为其它大学的学生提供函授教育;4.全国范围的中央函授教育体制,它提供包括大学层次在内的各种函授教育;5.专门为校外生特别建立的自治院校,它们应用各种远距离教学手段,特别是采用现代通信技术手段提供专门制作的多媒体课程,并且被赋予考核与授予学位的职能。1969年建立的英国开放大学是这种教学模式的第一个代表。近十余年远距离教育自治学院相继在巴基斯坦、以色列、联邦德国、和日本等国家建立起来。 相似文献
