本文对一例高血压肾病合并肝囊肿患者存在的护理问题作出分析,主要从病人的病情观察、用药护理、心理护理、饮食护理、健康教育等多方面制定护理措施,以常规护理为主,加入中医护理。对患者采取积极合理的临床护理干预和综合治疗能取得良好的治疗效果,在全体医护人员的认真努力下,患者顺利康复出院。对于患者的实际情况及病情状况对症处理,给予合理护理措施,给患者制定科学、有效的康复临床护理方案,能降低患者产生不良反应发生率,提高患者的生活质量([1])。 相似文献

目的:探讨通过健康教育提高农村牧区2型糖尿病患者的自我护理能力,改善糖尿病患者的血糖水平,控制病情的发展.方法:对住院的糖尿病患者,排除年龄、自控能力因素,筛选56例,建册登记,按计划实施个性化健康教育,随访6个月后,将患者的自护行为、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖级及糖化血红蛋白与健康教育前对比.结果:实施健康教育后,患者的自我护理能力提高,血糖下降.经X2检验各项指标P0.05.结论:对2型农村牧区糖尿病患者实施健康教育,可以提高自我护理能力,有效的控制血糖. 相似文献

目的 了解襄阳部分社区高血压患者对健康教育的评价及具体需求形式,探讨城市社区高血压患者实施健康教育的有效途径.方法 在襄阳4个社区卫生服务中心对已确诊的高血压患者进行健康教育需求的问卷调查.结果 81.6％的高血压患者接受过社区医护人员提供的健康教育,不同社区的患者接受健康教育的比例存在差异,患者对健康教育的评价分别为：可靠性为72.3％、有效性为60.1％、实用性为59.4％、针对性为39.9％,有统计学意义.结论 注重个体指导及患者心理教育,可开展多种形式的健康教育专业培训,促进社区高血压患者健康教育的有效开展,从而控制高血压的发病率,加强对社区慢病的管理. 相似文献

目的通过优质规范化护理服务,提升患者的满意度构建和谐护患关系。方法针对当今护患关系紧张的原因进行分析,有目的、有计划、有步骤地实施利于促进护患关系和谐发展的各项规范化护理服务。结果患者对护理工作的满意度≥98%,护理服务态度满意度100%,技术操作体现人文精神≥98%,住院患者健康教育覆盖率100%,出院患者健康指导率100%。结论优质规范化护理服务的实施,提高了护理服务的质量和患者的满意度,同时激发了护士为患者服务的工作热情,从而有效地构建了和谐的护患关系。 相似文献

目的:探讨基于PDCA管理的Teach-back模式在血液透析患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月～2021年10月在我院接受血液透析治疗的70例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受常规健康教育。观察组将接受基于PDCA管理的Teach-back模式健康宣教。观察比较两组患者干预前、干预后心理状态改善情况;比较两组患者透析相关知识掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度,并比较两组患者接受干预3个月、6个月后的治疗依从性差异。结果:观察组和对照组干预前HAMA评分、观察组和对照组干预前依从性评分对比差异均无统计学意义;观察组和对照组干预后HAMA评分与同组干预前比较、观察组和对照组干预后HAMA评分、观察组和对照组知识掌握率、观察组和对照组护理工作满意度评分在健康教育、护理技能、护理舒适度、护理态度、护理满意度方面、观察组和对照组干预后3个月、干预后6个月依从性评分和同组干预前、观察组干预后3个月、干预后6个月依从性评分和对照组同时期两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:基于PDCA管理的Teach-back模式在血液透析患者健康教育中的应用效果较好... 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
