航空产业出现制品生产瓶颈,在瓶颈环节中抽象出的问题是在全部设备连续生产的情况下,如何确定上游设备在制品生产的批量才能使多台下游设备的需求得到满足。将这类生产环节的协调过程做成模型,分析得出周期性算法,并分析了周期性算法的前提、优点、步骤、性质的相关概念。根据生产中的实际情况,验证算法的效果,证明周期性算法是能够解决问题的,而且是优于当下存在的其他算法的。 相似文献

复杂电磁环境条件下,只具有单一DBF算法的系统因算法固有的局限性无法针对各种情况使性能达到最优。提出并仿真实现了一种基于SCA的DBF算法可重构体系结构。在此体系结构下系统可根据当前电磁环境从DBF算法库中动态地实时加载最优DBF算法,重构信号处理单元,使系统性能达到最优。 相似文献

近年来,无线蜂窝通信发展迅速导致频率资源日趋紧张,功率控制和动态信道分配是解决此瓶颈有效策略,但功率控制和动态信道分配的理论算法十分复杂,文献中多为仿真分析。本文对无线蜂窝通信系统中基于功率控制的动态信道分配进行深入研究,通过借用信道算法,分析同信道干扰,提出了干扰适应因子概念及其计算方法,可以简便可行地计算应用此算法下无线蜂窝系统容量;结果显示,此信道分配策略有效地提高了信道的利用率,算法简便,并大大降低了以往各种算法的复杂性。最后本文还进一步进行系统仿真,仿真结果和理论算法比较,符合程度良好,误差不超过8%。 相似文献

从垂序商陆(Phytolacca americana)的重金属镉胁迫下商陆幼苗叶片的正反向抑制性消减杂交文库(SSH文库)中,获得商陆寡肽转运蛋白基因的EST序列.利用RACE的方法克隆到该基因的全序列cDNA(PaOPT,GenBank注册HQ647015).PaOPT基因在进化中的地位分析表明:它可能属于OPT3基因家族.利用实时荧光定量PCR的方法,分析PaOPT的组织表达特异性以及商陆种子成熟及萌发过程的表达模式.结果表明,该基因是一个在种子中特异性表达的基因,预测它对植物的生长发育有着重要的作用. 相似文献

As one of the first Partner Groups which were initiated to foster scientific exchange and interaction between the Max Planck Society (MPS) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Partner Group led by Lu Ke was established on April 1, 1999. During the past five years, the group has received substantial support from the CAS for equipment and from the MPS for personnel and travel expenses. Extensive and productive collaborations between the research staff and students of the Partner Group with several professors (departments) in the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research (MPI-MF) have led to significant advances in synthesis, mechanical properties, melting and superheating of nanostructured metals. The research is well recognized internationally and a substantial number of publications in high quality, peer-reviewed journals (including Science and Physical Review Letters) have resulted. The mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs) are a heterogeneous group of rare inherited disorders caused by deficiency of lysosomal enzyme necessary to break down mucopolysaccharides or glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). We had combined clinical findings and ophthalmological features. Biochemical test for urine glycosaminoglycans was done for confirmation of diagnosis in the patient. The case of Sanfillippo’s disease was characterized by delayed development, hyperactivity with aggressive behaviour. Coarse facial feature, hirsutism and sleep disorder. Urine GAG tests for MPS was positive in the case. Based on clinical findings and biochemical tests for MPS, this case was diagnosed as a type III mucopolysaccharidoses. Urinary GAG’s electrophoresis is an important screening test for MPS suspected cases. 相似文献

Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) are a group of genetic diseases and its diagnosis is a challenging task due to multiple differential diagnosis. We had combined clinical findings, radiological and ophthalmological features. Biochemical test for urine glycosaminoglycans (GAG) was done for confirmation of diagnosis in the patient. The case of Sanfilippo disease was characterized by slowly progressive, severe CNS involvement with mild somatic disease. Radiological features were suggestive of Sanfilippo disease and urine GAG test for MPS was positive in the case. With the clinical features we had multiple differential diagnoses. The radiological investigations minimized the list and the biochemical test confirmed GAG in urine. In this case the combination of clinical, radiological and biochemical findings confirmed the diagnosis of Sanfilippo disease. 相似文献

Methods for assaying lysosomal diseases in dried blood samples are very useful today due to its several advantages related to the stability of samples, its transportation, handled and analysis, and its potential use for newborn screening compared to traditional methods in leucocytes samples. For this reason, it is important to validate these assays before being used in routine laboratory. Because of different in biological markers based on ethnicity, we aimed this study to validation a DBS-based fluorometric assay for measurement of α-l-Iduronidase activity for diagnosis of MPS I patients in Iran. DBS samples were collected from 15 MPS I patients and 60 healthy age matched subjects. Diagnostic value, biological variance and α-l-Iduronidase activity were determined. DBS α-l-Iduronidase activity was significantly higher in male subjects than in female group. Using a cut-off level of 1.08 µmol/spot 20 h, sensitivity and specificity were 100 and 98 %. The linearity of test was proved and we showed that within-run and between run precision were 5.6 and 14.66 %. Measurement of α-l-Iduronidase activity in DBS samples is an accurate test for diagnosis of MPS I and because of its rapid shipping and simplicity to keeping, DBS-based enzyme activity could be considered as a useful diagnostic tool in this disease. 相似文献
