本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、专家访谈法及数理统计法等方法，运用“逆向”教学法对河南科技学院机电学院2005级学生进行排球正面扣球技术教学的试验研究。结果证明：“逆向”教学法在排球正面扣球技术的教学过程中，符合学生的认知规律，可以激发学生学习过程中的非智力因素，引起学生的求知欲和兴趣，使学生产生愉快的情绪体验，提高学习的积极性和学习动机，便于学生运动技能的掌握。此外，“逆向”教学法还有利于培养学生良好的学习态度，开发他们的认知潜能，激发学生对排球课的兴趣，增加课余排球运动时间。 相似文献

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法和实验法对高校体育俱乐部开展软式排球运动的可行性进行研究，结果表明：高校体育俱乐部开展软式排球运动，能使软式排球运动的诸多特点和健身娱乐价值被多数大学生所接受，并产生兴趣。符合多数大学生的心理、生理特点，对大学生健康体魄的发展有益；若软式排球的市场价格能降到每粒25元左右。大学生私人拥有的软式排球数量将会增加，对软式排球在高校体育俱乐部中的推广将更有利；同时，它们的健康发展对全民健身运动、高校素质教育和校园文化建设也必将产生积极的推动作用。 相似文献
