利用磁控溅射技术在玻璃基片上分别沉积ZnOx薄膜、TiO2-y薄膜和TiO2-y/ZnOx双层透明薄膜,改变薄膜沉积过程中的氩气(Ar)和氧气((O2)的比例,获得具有不同氧含量的ZnOx薄膜和TiO2-y薄膜.采用椭偏仪测定所有样品的折射率,仔细研究薄膜中氧含量对折射率的影响.分别选择具有较大的折射率TiO2-y薄膜和具有较小的折射率ZnOx薄膜的生长条件,制备TiO2-y/ZnOx双层薄膜,获得光密媒质/光疏媒质双层结构,并观察到He-Ne激光从ZnOx薄膜入射到TiO2-y/ZnOx界面上发生的全反射现象.研究成果适用于大学生物理实验中的研究型实验或大学创新实验.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在不同衬底温度下沉积了一系列ZnO和ZnO∶ Mn薄膜.结合X射线衍射谱和扫描电子显微镜,分析了不同温度条件下的ZnO和ZnO∶ Mn薄膜的结构特性.结果显示:ZnO和ZnO∶Mn薄膜均呈现出显著的(002)定向生长特征,与ZnO的(002)衍射峰相比,相应条件下生长的ZnO∶ Mn(002)衍射峰均向小角度偏移,这主要是由于大离子半径的Mn2+替代了Zn2+的结果.同时随着衬底温度的升高,薄膜形貌得到明显改善,晶粒尺寸呈现减小趋势.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射技术用单晶Si(111)和载玻片制备了SiO2薄膜。对薄膜进行了不同温度的退火处理。利用X射线衍射仪,紫外-可见分光光度计和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等测试不同退火温度下SiO2薄膜的微结构、透反射曲线和红外吸收谱。研究表明:退火后SiO2薄膜仍为四方结构,薄膜的平均晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高逐渐增大,晶格常数与标准值相比均稍小。退火温度对薄膜平均反射率影响不明显;薄膜平均透射率随退火温度的升高先增大后减小。  相似文献

为了研究稀磁半导体Co/TiO2薄膜的微观结构和磁性,进一步探讨制备工艺和测量方法对稀磁半导体薄膜材料的影响。通过高真空对靶直流磁控溅射装置和原位退火工艺制备了Co/TiO2薄膜样品,然后利用扫描探针显微镜、振动样品磁强计和X射线衍射仪对所制得的薄膜样品的磁性和微结构进行了研究,发现磁性金属Co的掺杂量对Co/TiO2薄膜的结构及磁性有重要影响。结果表明:样品的表面粗糙度和颗粒尺寸随磁性金属含量升高而增大;随着Co百分含量的升高,形成的薄膜样品Co/TiO2和Co金属混合结构会减小矫顽力;对于Co含量较低样品其磁滞回线的斜率在低温测量时得到的结果明显小于室温环境的结果,归因于受到了顺磁相的影响。由X射线衍射结果可知此时样品为锐钛矿结构。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同晶型和晶粒尺寸的氧纳米化铝纳米薄膜;通过XRD及AFM分析表征了烧结温度对纳米氧化铝薄膜的晶型及颗粒尺寸变化的影响.在900℃烧结时,氧化铝结构薄膜样品以非晶相和γ-Al2O3共存,颗粒尺寸50纳米;当烧结温度为950℃时开始向θ-Al2O3转变,颗粒尺寸几乎不变,有小颗粒生成,1050℃时基本完成θ-Al2O3转变,颗粒尺寸15纳米,1200℃时基本完成向α-Al2O3的转变,颗粒尺寸20纳米,在晶型转变过程中其晶粒尺寸由大变小而后再变大.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃衬底上制备掺镁氧化锌薄膜,利用SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X射线衍射)和椭偏仪等设备研究薄膜的表面形貌、成分、结构和厚度.结果表明,溅射功率没有对薄膜的生长方向产生较大影响,当溅射功率在40 W到100 W之间变化时,随着溅射功率的增大薄膜的结晶状况变好,晶粒尺寸变大,薄膜的厚度增加.  相似文献

在Na2CO3溶液中,采用微弧氧化方法制备了纳米晶TiO2薄膜。利用XRD和SEM分别对氧化膜的相组成和表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,氧化膜主要含锐钛矿和金红石相TiO2,且表面布满了尺寸在160nm-60nm之间的柱状TiO2晶粒。  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法制备了锐钛矿相TiO2薄膜,在基片温度、溅射功率、溅射时间以及靶材与基片间的距离等因素不变的情况下,研究不同氩氧分压比对薄膜亲水性能的影响。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)表征了薄膜的微观表面形貌和晶相组成,采用静态接触角(SCA)评估薄膜的亲水性。实验结果表明不同氩氧比制备的锐钛矿相TiO2薄膜,紫外光照12 h后,接触角降到10o左右,而氩氧比小于等于5:5的接触角都低至5o左右,达到了超亲水性。氩氧分压比为4:6时,样品薄膜的光致亲水性最佳且光照后亲水性的保持较长。  相似文献

采用磁控溅射法制备了La0.8Sr0.2MnO3(100nm;50nm;17nm)TiO2(70nm)异质PN结,并对其进行电学性能研究.结果显示样品均表现出很好的整流特性.并且在La0.8Sr0.2MnO3/TiO2异质PN结中,当LSMO膜厚较薄时,由于LSMO薄膜与衬底之间的较高的应力局限了载流子浓度,导致扩散电压减小.变温电流电压特性曲线显示随着测量温度的降低,扩散电压增大,这可能由于随着测量温度的变化导致界面电子结构的变化.值得提出的,异质PN结结电阻随温度变化曲线表现出单层LSMO具有的金属绝缘相变特性,并且在低温测量时,结电阻随着测量温度的降低而增大,这可能是由于宽带隙的TiO2的引入造成的.  相似文献

本文首先采用磁控溅射工艺在FTO衬底上沉积Sb_2S_3薄膜,然后通过Se化处理工艺制备Sb_2(SSe)_3薄膜.利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及紫外-可见分光光度计对薄膜的结构及光学性能进行了分析.在此基础上,初步制备了上衬底结构的太阳电池器件并对其性能进行了测试.结果表明,随着Se化温度的提高,所制备的Sb_2(SSe)_3薄膜晶粒逐渐变大,同时光学带隙逐渐降低.这主要是由于在Se化过程中,Se原子替代Sb_2S_3中S原子的位置所造成的.所制备的太阳电池器件开路电压达到了469.3mV,二极管理想因子为2.6,反向饱和电流为3.389×10~(-8)A.  相似文献
