中国入世后金融业全面开放使我们要面对金融机构可能出现破产的现实,然而,金融在国民经济中的特殊地位决定了新《破产法》不完全适用于金融机构破产。在充分考虑作为发展中国家的金融机构破产和金融安全的基础上,本文强调了金融机构破产立法中的重整作用,并从重整行动的触发标准、适用性等几个方面探讨了金融机构破产立法中的重整问题.  相似文献

本文论述近代教会在华特殊学校事业的兴起与教育制度特点,及其时中国特殊教育发展的作用。认为虽然传教士创立教会特殊学校在客观上却带来西方文化中的一些新思想、新观念和新方法,提高了中国民众时特殊儿童的期望值;由教会特殊学校所培养的学生具有较强的民族独立意识,他们中的一些人成为近代中国民办特殊教育的先驱,推动了中国特殊教育事业的发展。  相似文献

The teaching of basic electricity uses many circuit diagrams. We present in this paper several experiments which show that no specific teaching about the decoding and understanding of the graphical information contained in these diagrams in made in class. On the contrary teaching reinforces the role of certain types of diagrams (canonical ones) which contribute to the organisation of students’ knowledge in the, form of prototypes. Thus diagrams become autonomous objects unrelated to concepts of electricity they are representing. We will present some experiments in the area of learning about electricity which aim at changing the usual classroom practices. They take into account the naive conceptions of students. Within this framework, graphical representations are used as a support for learning concepts of electricity.  相似文献

Introduction     
This paper conceptualises think tanks and edu-businesses in relation to education policy work in the Australian polity. It situates the enhanced influence of both in relation to the restructured state, which has lost some key capacities in relation to the generation of research and ideas for policy. This restructuring has been strongly influenced by the techniques of new public management, the auditing of education through national and international testing and new forms of network governance, which have opened up spaces for the increased influence of think tanks and edu-businesses across the policy cycle in education. We see here the workings of a ‘polycentric state’. The paper also considers changing concepts of ‘evidence’, ‘expertise’ and ‘influence’ in respect of the involvement of think tanks and edu-businesses in circulating policy ideas and affecting policy development in Australian education. This introduction to this special issue of The Australian Educational Researcher serves as a provocation to further research on this new policy scenario.  相似文献

Supply chain management principles have emerged in the last decade as a strategic option to meet new challenges in global business environment. Viewing business environment as part of a chain, starting from raw material suppliers to end customers passing by producers, is at the heart of supply-chain management. Many management principles have emerged for better planning and controlling this chain to the benefit of all parties involved. This paper explores the implications of supply-chain management principles on higher education. First, a supply-chain view of higher education is described and its environment is analysed for the possibility of adopting supply-chain principles. Features that might be catalysts or hurdles towards these principles are identified. Second, a framework for supply-chain coordination and integration in higher education that takes into consideration these features are developed. Finally, existing practices that address supply-chain in higher education are identified and some new practices representing a natural extension of supply-chain management practices are suggested. A potential case study for implementing these concepts is presented.  相似文献

As part of a project concerned with developing a better understanding of the detail of appropriate teaching of direct current (DC) electricity concepts, extensive individual interviews were conducted with a number of experienced senior high school physics teachers. These interviews explored teachers’ perceptions of difficulties in student learning and their own teaching of DC electricity, their uses of models and analogies in this teaching, and their own understandings of the concepts of DC electricity. Eight high school physics teachers from the Australian state of Victoria were interviewed: three who had a strong focus on student understanding in their classrooms and five who used more traditional approaches. We also interviewed three authors of textbooks then currently used in senior high school physics in Victoria, all of whom were also teachers of high school physics. All but one of these eleven interviewees was a very experienced teacher of DC electricity at the senior high school level. The interview data are summarized and implications for curriculum and teaching/learning of electricity are considered. There was a wide range of views among the teachers about the difficulties of both the concepts of DC electricity and the teaching of these concepts, and about the nature of physics knowledge. A number of the interviewees revealed levels of conceptual understanding that we see as of concern. Some of the teachers whose understanding causes us concern made clear early in the interview their view that the concepts of DC electricity were essentially straight forward; in all cases these interviewees had by the end of the interview reconsidered this position.  相似文献

后现代主义教育思想的产生有着特定的语境。如果我们发生身份误置,认为当下及未来中国教育应是后现代取向的,那必然是一种出位之思,必然导致我们应持守的发展教育现代性这一主体目标的缺失。尽管后现代主义教育思想是有史以来对教育现代性的批判最为犀利、最为彻底的,但它不是从原则上质疑教育现代性,它是站在教育现代性一边来展开对教育现代性的批判的,它在解构传统意义上的或理性主义意义上的主体的同时,也建构着一种新型主体。因而它的思维方式及其精神气质于我们不仅不是出位之思,反而是有着重要借鉴意义的思想资源。它对于中国教育现代性发展的模型设计具有重要的警示作用,对于消解教育的前现代性具有重要的启示意义。  相似文献

ABSTRACT:

Researchers and practitioners in environmental education have widely recognized the importance of facilitating the growth of positive environmental values among learners. Environmental Values Education (EVE) is included in environmental education programs, whether it is consciously planned or is an implicit part of the learner's experience. There are, however, many constraints to developing a well-planned EVE program and integrating this into the general curriculum; foremost among these is the need for teacher training in the theory and methods of EVE. Coursework and practical training for teachers is needed in several areas. When choosing appropriate strategies for teaching environmental ethics, each teacher will need to become familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of each approach, his or her own capabilities and need for further theoretical and practical training and the needs of learners and the nature of the situation at hand. Each learner's level of moral development is an especially important factor to consider when choosing and conducting EVE strategies. It is important for teachers to become familiar with school and community attitudes concerning values education, in order to implement a strong program in environmental values education while working within the existing realities of school policies and community expectations.  相似文献

Government‐initiated school restructuring began in the Canadian province of British Columbia in 1989. It was accompanied by significant commitments of new funding for schools and high levels of awareness on the part of central officials about the requirements for effective policy implementation. The content of this restructing mirrored efforts in many other jurisdictions but was exceptionally comprehensive. Results of a four‐year study which examined the processes and consequences of restructuring in local schools are summarized in this paper. The paper identifies six key lessons about productive restructuring processes and outlines a promising image of schools capable of such restructuring. Also proposed is an ‘educative’ approach by governments toward educational reform policy and its implementation.  相似文献

本文探讨了释义在第二语言心理词汇重组的过程中所产生的作用。文章首先从理论层面阐述了目标语解释方式一释义在词汇教学中的意义。同时结合大学生英语词汇学习的特点设计了教学实验,试验结果表明:不同的解释方式对学习者二语心理词汇的重组产生不同的影响,目标语解释方式即释义对学习者二语心理词汇的重组有积极的作用,该结论对提高二语学习者词汇学习效率,促进二语心理词汇重组具有十分重要的作用。  相似文献

新课程标准倡导平等、合作与探究式地学习。它不仅为教师教学提供了广阔的探究舞台,也全面的诠释了什么是以学生为中心的教师指导教学模式。参与式教学作为一种新的教学模式,完全符合新课程标准的教学要求,改变了传统填鸭式的教学,为学习者提供了更多的参与机会,学习者在积极的参与中会收获更多的知识。目前在我国,参与式教学模式的引入已经取得了良好的教学效果。但由于我国的大多数中学英语课堂学生人数都超过50人,如何让参与式教学在大班额中同样产生良好的效果已成为一个广大英语教学工作者十分重视和急待解决的问题。该文试就针对这一问题提出一些可操作性的应对策略。  相似文献

This paper starts from the assumption that learning is promoted through confronting students with the inconsistencies entailed by their own beliefs. The issue is explored in the domain of electricity in the context of simple DC circuits. Previous work is used as the basis for the construction of a programme of work that is undertaken by a group of students. This programme entailed the development of a computer-based modelling environment called ELAB. The underlying design principle is that students should be able to model electrical circuits at a level which permits them to express some of their explicit (possibly mistaken) beliefs about relevant concepts. Other, implicit, beliefs should also be detectable through use of the system. The results derived from observation suggest that computer-based modelling facilities can provide advantages over approaches exploiting other media. In particular, such systems can be used to promote the kinds of intellectual conflict that are believed to be beneficial.  相似文献
