为满足预应力混凝土桥梁对施工质量和精度的需求,采用是连续梁挂篮施工技术是关键,本文结合工程实例,从挂篮安装、挂篮预压试验、混凝土浇筑、挂篮移动和拆除四个方面分析了连续梁挂篮施工技术的具体应用,并提出相应的质量控制措施。分析结果表明:在预应力混凝土桥梁施工中,科学合理的应用连续梁挂篮施工技术,可保证施工质量,施工安全性,以及施工施工进度和效率,符合预应力混凝土桥梁施工相关规范和标准的需求,值得大力推个和应用。 相似文献

近年来,我国的经济发展带动着道路桥梁施工技术不断地发展。悬臂施工方法和预应力技术的应用也使预应力混凝土连续梁具有较大的开发空间,同时由于连续梁施工工艺较为复杂,导致越来越多的错误出现,如由于施工监理不当造成的困难,如合拢困难,结构不稳定以及进入桥梁线性不顺等,为了解决以上问题对于道路桥梁施工质量的影响,有必要提高现浇预应力混凝土连续梁的施工水平,以合理控制其施工质量。 相似文献

为解决高墩连续刚构边跨现浇段浇筑时产生的不平衡弯矩问题,需要制定高墩连续刚构边跨现浇段预应力配重技术方案,以交界墩为支点,在边跨现浇段对侧设置竖向预应力筋,通过控制预应力大小来抵消不平衡弯矩。本文以黄蒲高速洛河特大桥为工程背景,竖向预应力筋上端锚固在墩顶,下端锚固在桥墩承台,现浇段浇筑过程中的重量变化,基于力矩平衡的原则计算需要对称施加的预应力,然后通过分步张拉预应力来平衡边跨混凝土浇筑的不平衡弯矩。该技术在现场成功应用,保障了施工安全,对同类桥梁施工有一定的工程借鉴价值。 相似文献
