美国国家能源部洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室的科学家宣布，他们已经开发出一种新型环保技术，可以大大减少生产电脑芯片和集成电路时所使用的腐蚀性物质，同时不会产生大量废水。
一般在生产芯片过程中，首先要使用高强光、强酸和光致抗蚀剂等腐蚀性物质来改变硅片外形，刻蚀出微型集成电路及芯片，然后再用大量溶媒和超级纯净水将芯片上残留的光致抗蚀剂等腐蚀性物质冲洗掉。美国一般的芯片制造工厂，平均每天要消耗数千加仑的硫酸和盐酸等腐蚀性物质，并产生400万加仑的废水，对环境造成了很大危害。
从正在召开的美国科学促进协会年会上获悉，洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室研制出的这种环保新技术名为SCORR。它是在高温高压下用超临界二氧化碳代替了溶媒和超级纯净水，这不仅降低了成本，也保护了环境。
该项目的负责人克雷格*泰勒说：“在高温高压下，超临界二氧化碳呈液态，可以起溶媒的作用，在少量其他溶媒的帮助下，能有效去除芯片上残留的光致抗蚀剂。当压力和温度下降后，超临界二氧化碳呈气态挥发，使硅芯片变得干燥无尘。"
据介绍，洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室开发的这项新型技术不会产生大量有害废物，因为它设计的封闭循环系统可以在处理过程中循环使用二氧化碳，并且不会向大气释放温室气体，而添加的少量其他溶媒也很容易分离出来，可以重新收集再使用。 相似文献

目的:利用正交试验,研究粉防己多糖的最佳提取条件.方法:首先采用L8(4×24)正交试验表,以单糖和寡糖(寡糖的含量以单糖表示)的总含量为指标,寻找单糖和寡糖的最佳提取条件.其次用提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣以水作溶剂提取多糖.按L9(34)正交试验表安排提取时间,提取次数,提取温度和溶媒倍数四个因素,均为3个水平.结果:提取单糖和寡糖的最佳条件为:用20倍溶媒(60%乙醇)浸泡24h后,于50℃提取4h,共提取3次,每次提取用20倍溶媒.实验证明,按此条件提取,已经提尽单糖和寡糖.多糖的最佳提取条件为:提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣用20倍溶媒(水)浸泡24h后,于100℃提取3h,重复提取一次.方差分析显示,4个因素均有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:利用提尽单糖和寡糖的残渣研究多糖的提取条件,具有药材用量少、操作简单、节省时间和化学试剂的优点. 相似文献

为提高农用机械的教学质量,在现代农业装备设计与试验教学中,选定设施园艺用旋耕起垄一体机作为教学对象,进行了设计、仿真、试验各个环节的训练。设计阶段,依据与电动拖拉机匹配要求,确定了整机方案和参数,并采用Pro/E和ANSYS建立模型,对关键部件进行静力学分析;性能仿真阶段,采用LS-DYNA对旋耕刀辊切削土壤的作业性能进行分析,得到旋耕刀辊切削土壤时功率和受力的变化情况;土槽试验中,分析了影响旋耕起垄机功率消耗的因素,主要有刀轴转速、机组前进速度、耕深及土壤条件;挂接机组试验中测得旋耕起垄机消耗的功率,验证了理论与实测的一致性。 相似文献
