<正>社区教育作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,发挥着不可替代的作用,但是我国社区教育却存在着质量差、投入产出失衡,效率低下等诸多问题。本刊编委、山西大学继续教育学院教授桑宁霞和研究生赵苏皖对此进行了有针对性的研究,他们在《社区教育产品有效性研究》一文中从社区教育产品的有效性出发,围绕社区教育产品的供给、需求和效能三个方面,提出了提高社区教育产品有效性的建设性的意见:改变供给主体,改善供给模式;探究需求动机,激发参与势能;促进迁移转化,优化产品结果;等等。为社区 相似文献

社区教育产品属性界定标准不科学是社区教育供给政策模糊的基本原因。因此,本文就社区教育产品属性界定的若干标准进行了评析。其结果是外部性、供给主体、消费特征均不能作为社区教育产品属性界定的依据;社区教育的公共产品属性界定的核心标准是教育形式;最后,基于对社区教育产品属性界定的重构,作者就其供给方式提出了相关建议。 相似文献

随着改革开放的不断深入和城市化进程的加快,城市社区已成为各种矛盾和利益交织的场所,承载着社会变革所带来的巨大压力。当前,社区公共产品需求增长与供给不足之间的矛盾已经成为一个突出的问题。传统体制下的政府单一供给模式已经解体,而新的供给体制还没有真正形成,致使城市社区公共产品的供给出现政企不分、资金短缺、低效率、产品短缺等问题,不利于城市居民生活质量的提高和居住条件的改善。从我国城市社区公共产品供给不足的现状出发,结合我国城市发展的基本情况,为建立一套有效的城市社区公共产品供给机制提出相应的政策建议。 相似文献
