自由教育思想不同于我国的传统教育思想,它是一个发展的概念,是以教育自身为目的的教育,也是有"边界"的教育,所培养的是思想自由并且多样化的创造性人才。制约我国教育培养创造性人才的因素有传统教育过于保守、教育目的偏重社会而忽略个体、教学内容较陈旧、封闭性知识过多等。应借鉴自由教育思想的精髓,重视学生创造力的培育,满足学生的正当需求,创造能够激发学生创新能力的环境,适度放松对学生的控制,赋予学生一定自由的权利,培养创新型人才,以满足社会的需要和个体的需要。 相似文献
