人格是个人所具有的稳定的心理和行为特征的总和,通过人格特征来预测工作绩效,长期以来一直是组织行为学领域备受关注的问题。本文用来自13所高校的865名高校教师的数据,通过实证研究揭示了人格特征与工作绩效的关系,并验证了组织认同在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明,大五人格特征的五个维度对高校教师的组织公民行为(OCB)都具有显著正向影响;大五人格特征的外倾性维度对高校教师的科研绩效具有显著正向影响;在组织认同的调节下,外倾性维度对高校教师的教学绩效也有显著正向影响;神经质维度对高校教师的科研工作绩效有显著的正向影响;责任感维度对高校教师的科研绩效具有显著正向影响;在组织认同的调节下,责任感维度对高校教师的OCB也有显著正向影响。  相似文献

采用问卷调查法对402名幼儿园新入职教师进行调查,分析幼儿教师在职业适应、职业发展支持与职业认同方面的特点,并探讨三者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)幼儿园新入职教师的职业适应处于中等以上水平,在不同学历、收入水平、年龄和入职时间等人口学变量上存在显著差异;职业认同度处于中等以上水平,在不同学历、收入水平、年龄、园所等级上存在显著差异;幼儿园新入职教师的职业发展支持度处于中等以上水平,在入职年限和园所等级上存在显著差异。(2)幼儿园新入职教师的职业适应、职业认同、职业发展支持之间存在显著正相关,职业适应、职业认同各因子、职业发展支持各因子之间也存在显著正相关。(3)职业适应、职业发展支持及内部各维度(提高薪资待遇、改善工作环境、职业发展规划、情感与生活关怀)对职业认同都具有显著的预测作用,其中职业适应对职业认同的预测力最佳,职业发展支持各维度对职业适应与职业认同间的关系具有显著的调节作用。  相似文献

采用中文版内疚感问卷、亲社会倾向量表对388名大学生进行问卷调查,考察内疚感与亲社会倾向之间的关系。结果发现:(1)伤害别人、关爱不足、辜负别人后产生的内疚感以及总体的内疚感存在显著的性别差异;利他的、紧急的以及总体的亲社会倾向存在显著的性别差异;(2)除伤害别人后产生的内疚感与公开的亲社会倾向的相关不显著以外,内疚感与亲社会倾向的各个维度之间呈显著的正相关;(3)伤害别人、自私行为、关爱不足、辜负别人后产生的内疚感和总体的内疚感对亲社会倾向具有显著的正向预测作用。研究结果显示,内疚感可以在一定程度上预测亲社会行为的发生。  相似文献

采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版、自尊量表和中学生社会适应性量表对300名高中生进行调查,旨在研究家庭功能与高中生自尊、社会适应的关系。结果表明高中生家庭功能的亲密度和适应性两维度与自尊、社会适应的四个维度(心理优势感、心理能量、人际适应性、心理弹性)存在显著正相关:高中生家庭功能的亲密度和适应性对社会适应及其四个维度均具有一定程度的正向预测作用,自尊具有部分中介作用。  相似文献

目的:了解高校辅导员职业认同与自尊、应对方式的关系,为进一步增强高校辅导员的职业自信心和职业归属感提供理论依据。方法:采用教师职业认同量表,对福建省内8所高校250名辅导员进行问卷调查。结果:(1)福建省高校辅导员职业认同水平比中等略高(总均分为3.83,高于临界值3),其中各维度平均分从大到小依次为职业行为倾向、职业价值观、职业归属感和角色价值观。(2)高校辅导员职业认同与自尊、积极应对存在显著正相关,其中职业行为倾向这一维度与消极应对存在显著负相关。(3)自尊、积极应对对辅导员职业认同起到正向预测作用。(4)自尊在积极应对方式和辅导员职业认同之间起显著的中介作用。  相似文献

教师职业认同是教师职业发展的起点和专业成长的动力之源。采取随机与分层抽样的方法,在新疆境内抽取385名非定向免费师范生,利用《教师职业认同量表》与《学习动机量表》考察了实习支教前后,其教师职业认同感状况,以及教师职业认同与学习动机之间的关系。统计分析结果表明:支教后职业认同总体虽略有提高,但职业价值观、职业期望两纬度略有下降,职业能力与职业情感均显著提高,行为倾向略有上升;教师职业认同与学习动机显著相关。  相似文献

采用《教师职业认同量表》和《中小学教师职业认同影响因素问卷》对北京市1173名教师进行调查,从职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感、职业行为倾向4个维度考察不同学校因素对教师职业认同的影响.结果表明:北京市义务教育阶段教师的职业认同总体处于较高水平,不同学校因素与教师职业认同各构成维度的相关性存在差异,且不同学校因素对教师职业认同的不同维度具有不同的预测作用.其中,教师场域、教学情绪、发展平台、同事关系等学校因素对教师职业认同多个维度具有较高的正向预测力;相对于学校物质环境等"硬件"因素,教师场域、教学情绪、教学成绩以及与领导、同事、学生的认可合作关系等"软件"因素对教师职业认同的预测作用更为直接.建议丰富学校文化建设、搭建学校发展平台、优化学校考评体系、改善教师物质待遇,营造教师职业认同发展的良好系统环境.  相似文献

教师专业发展要求教师不仅要具备专业知识、专业技能,还要具备专业态度,即教师对自己所从事职业的认同。本文采用王鑫强等人编制的《师范生职业认同感量表》对412名英语师范生进行问卷调查,并得出以下结论:(1)英语专业高师生的教师职业认同处于中等水平;(2)不同性别、年级、家庭经济状况的英语专业高师生的教师职业认同总体得分及各维度得分存在显著差异。  相似文献

This research is an investigation of the link between adaptive functioning and resilience in early career teachers (ECT). Resilience is considered an important capability of teachers and research has shown that teachers who are resourceful, demonstrate agency and develop positive management strategies overcome adversity. In this research, we aim to examine more closely the strategic processes associated with resilience and whether these vary in a cohort of ECT. A sample of ECT (n = 160; M = 31.09, SD = 6.92) participated in the study. The findings showed that, consistent with previous research on adaptive change, three groups emerged from the cohort: stabilisers, adapters, and innovators. Stabilisers were the least resilient, adapters were more resilient, and innovators were most resilient. Length of service was not significantly associated with resilience, while a weak interaction was found between years of service and adaptive functioning. Resilience was strongly associated with adaptive functioning. Findings are discussed in relation to resilience and ECT’s self-care.  相似文献

为了探讨心理弹性在青少年情绪和生活满意度之间的中介作用,本文采用简式POMS问卷、青少年心理韧性量表和生活满意度量表,对四所初级中学的620名学生进行调查。调查显示:青少年生活满意度与积极情绪显著正相关(p0.01),与消极情绪显著负相关(p0.01);心理弹性各维度与积极情绪显著正相关(p0.01),与消极情绪显著负相关(p0.01);心理弹性和生活满意度各维度之间都存在着显著正相关(p0.01);青少年积极情绪和消极情绪可以预测生活满意度,心理弹性在该路径中起着中介作用。结论为心理弹性在青少年情绪与生活满意度之间起中介作用。  相似文献

心理弹性研究领域主要关注“效果性因素”,而“方向性因素”也具有无以取代的地位,尤其是主体生存图式的作用应该得到心理弹性研究的重视.为了探索主体的生存图式与心理弹性的关系,本研究编制了“一般生存图式量表”,并采用“Connor- Davidson韧性量表”中文版(CD- RISC -C)对大学二年级本科生施测.结果发现,大学生一般生存图式与心理弹性在总体水平以及各个维度上的均值都有着一致的变化趋势,两者存在显著的正相关;其中“生存实质”、“积极进取”和“主导价值”3个因素对心理弹性的回归效应显著.由此推论,通过优化主体的生存图式改善其心理弹性是一条可行的途径.  相似文献

为探讨歧视知觉与学习倦怠的关系,以及专业认同和心理资本在二者关系中的中介作用机制,采用歧视知觉量表、专业认同量表、积极心理资本量表和学习倦怠量表,对1514名中职生进行施测。结果表明:(1)歧视知觉与学习倦怠呈显著正相关;(2)歧视知觉、学习倦怠均与专业认同、心理资本呈显著负相关;(3)专业认同和心理资本分别在歧视知觉与学习倦怠间起中介作用,且二者在中职生歧视知觉与学习倦怠的关系中具有链式中介效应。  相似文献

The aim of this article is twofold: (a) to validate the psychometric properties of the Academic Resilience Scale (AR‐S) in a Spanish university context; and (b) to test a model where different coping strategies are antecedents of AR, and where academic satisfaction and performance are its consequences. The studies were conducted with 185 (study 1) and 780 (study 2) students. In study 1, the construct validity, reliability, and convergent and divergent validity of the AR‐S were analyzed. The hypothesized model (study 2) was tested using structural equation modeling. The results confirmed the good psychometric properties of the AR‐S in the Spanish context, providing evidence of its validity. Furthermore, the distinctive role of different coping strategies in resilience was confirmed, as well as the relationship between resilience and academic satisfaction. No direct relationship between resilience and performance was found, highlighting the full mediation of satisfaction.  相似文献

This study examined the assessment of resilience in undergraduate college students. Multigroup comparisons of the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD‐RISC; Connor & Davidson, 2003) were performed on general population students and students recruited from campus mental health offices offering college counseling, psychiatric‐support, and disability‐support services. Results found that the 10‐item CD‐RISC demonstrated strong fit and reliability, with significantly higher scores for general population students. Implications for college counseling include assessing and promoting resilience on campuses.  相似文献

The main purpose of this study was to explore the mental health and subjective well-being of staff working with adolescents with severe and profound multiple learning difficulties. The participants were 19 teachers and 25 teaching assistants working in an inner London, local authority, specialist day provision. A demographic questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the Positive Affect Scale, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale were used as data collection tools. The inferential statistical tools used were t-tests and correlational analyses. The study brought to light a high number of borderline and abnormal anxiety scores among all staff. The study also found a significant difference in the resilience scores of teachers and teaching assistants, with teaching assistants scoring higher on the resilience scale. The results, alongside findings from previous research, call for better mental health support for teachers and staff working in the field of special educational needs and disabilities. The study highlights the emotional toll on educators, and the need for mitigation strategies that promote good mental health outcomes for both teachers and students.  相似文献

While measures of resilience have been applied in university settings, progress has been hindered by the lack of a consistent measure of resilience. Additionally, results from these measures cannot be easily translated into practical curriculum-based initiatives which support resilience development. Resilience is linked to student mental health and well-being, as well as academic engagement and achievement. This positions resilience as a key skill for students. A survey was administered to 410 Australian undergraduate students. The survey consisted of an adapted version of the Resilience at Work (RAW) scale, the Subjective Happiness Scale and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale. Data were subject to principal component analysis and scale reliability analysis. Results yielded a six-factor structure which closely replicated the seven-factor structure of the RAW scale. The research contributes to the development of a reliable and valid instrument of resilience for use in university. The new Resilience at University (RAU) scale shows promise as a valid and reliable measure of student resilience. Development and validation of the RAU scale is in its early stages and further research is required to explore the psychometric properties of the scale to ascertain whether it can be usefully applied in a university setting.  相似文献

Retaining teachers in the early stages of the profession is a major issue of concern in many countries. Teacher resilience is a relatively recent area of investigation which provides a way of understanding what enables teachers to persist in the face of challenges and offers a complementary perspective to studies of stress, burnout and attrition. We have known for many years that teaching can be stressful, particularly for new teachers, but little appears to have changed. This paper reviews recent empirical studies related to the resilience of early career teachers. Resilience is shown to be the outcome of a dynamic relationship between individual risk and protective factors. Individual attributes such as altruistic motives and high self-efficacy are key individual protective factors. Contextual challenges or risk factors and contextual supports or protective factors can come from sources such as school administration, colleagues, and pupils. Challenges for the future are to refine conceptualisations of teacher resilience and to develop and examine interventions in multiple contexts. There are many opportunities for those who prepare, employ and work with prospective and new teachers to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors and so enable new teachers to thrive, not just survive.  相似文献
