为探究海上浮式生产储油卸油船(floating production storage and offloading,FPSO)爆燃事故加强机制,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)对FPSO爆燃事故进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,在拥塞度较大的钢架结构区域,火焰速度和爆燃压力急剧增大。为进一步探究复杂钢架结构和管系对爆燃事故的加强机制,搭建半开敞管道甲烷 空气爆燃实验系统。实验结果表明,在爆燃过程中复杂钢架结构和管系能够诱导火焰产生强烈的湍流作用,加快未燃气体的燃烧速度,导致爆燃事故后果加强。结合数值模拟结果与实验结果,为FPSO爆燃事故防治给出建议。  相似文献

递增负荷运动后大鼠CSF中单胺类神经递质的动态变化分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:研究递增负荷运动对脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid CSF)中单胺类神经递质动态变化的影响,为深入探讨运动性中枢神经疲劳机制提供基础研究资料.方法:29只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组(C组,n=10)、递增负荷运动后即刻组(E1>组,n=10)、递增负荷运动后24h组(E2>组,n=9).抽取大鼠CSF,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法检测CSF中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量.结果:E1>组中NE和5-HT含量较C组分别呈极显著性和显著性升高(P<0.01、P<0.05);E2>组中NE和5-HT含量较C组无差异性变化.结论:1.递增负荷运动后的即刻,CSF中NE和5-HT含量均升至最高,对降低运动性中枢疲劳有一定的意义.2.递增负荷运动后的24h,CSF中的NE和5-HT含量降低为脑组织提供了良好的微环境.  相似文献

冯友兰不仅是近代以来少有的自成体系的哲学家,而且也是一个非常成功的教育家。冯友兰哲学是围绕着人来展开的,从这个角度来说,新理学体系就是他的教育哲学。冯友兰教育哲学的发展可以分为主张新学代替旧学、系统地提出自己的大学理念并试图创办成功的大学、倡导教育应该"为学术而学术"和"为人民服务"、重实践行、提出"无形教育"的重要思想等五个阶段,这五个阶段的划分既有时序上的展开性,又有时间上的重叠性,具有各自明显的特色。影响冯友兰教育哲学的因素是多方面的,除过其自述的"若惊道术多迁变,请向兴亡事里寻"的社会原因外,还有中国古代的教育传统和西方现代的教育理念。探讨冯友兰教育哲学思想既是冯友兰思想研究不断深化的必然选择,也是中国现代教育思想史研究的题中应有之意。  相似文献
