This paper investigates the problem of finite-time attack detection for nonlinear complex cyber-physical networks under false data injection (FDI) attacks. Firstly, a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is used to approximate nonlinear complex cyber-physical networks in which the measurement channels are injected by FDI attacks. Secondly, based on adding a power integrator technique, a finite-time fuzzy observer is designed to achieve the rapid state observation of complex cyber-physical networks within a finite time by adjusting the observer parameters. Then, an attack detection mechanism consisting of the finite-time fuzzy observer and an attack detector is developed to detect FDI attacks, which can trigger an alarm within a finite time when FDI attacks occur. Finally, simulation results are given to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper mainly investigates the fault detection problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems with actuator faults. For fault detection, a fixed-time observer is proposed by employing auxiliary variable received from neighbor agents. Then, with the aid of the observer, a residual vector is introduced by the auxiliary variable to detect the faults occurring on any followers, and each observer can estimate the whole state of followers. Moreover, the convergence time is dependent on the parameters of the designed observer and independent of initial condition of system state. Finally, the theoretical result is verified by a simulation example.  相似文献

In this paper, the issue of CPS security is investigated. By analyzing the process of multi-sources cyber-attacks of denial-of-service (DoS), information disclosure, stealthy attack and replay attack, a unified system model with uncertainties is formulated. Under this system model framework, robust control theory is applied to design the control scenarios for cyber-attack prevention. Furthermore, a double closed-loop NCS framework combined with information integration technology is proposed, necessary conditions for security guarantee are derived. Finally, a DC motor speed moderating example is given to demonstrate the problem.  相似文献

A novel interval observer filtering-based fault diagnosis method for linear discrete-time systems with dual uncertainties is proposed to detect actuator faults. The idea of minimization is adopted to design a fault-free state estimator by merging unknown but bounded and Gaussian disturbances and noises according to the signal average power principle. Using a fault-free state interval and measurement residual of the system, a fault detection indicator is designed based on the residual probability ratio, to achieve dynamic fault detection, isolation and identification. Finally, various simulation examples are provided to demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

As a clean and environmentally friendly renewable energy source, photovoltaic (PV) energy has attracted widespread attention. DC-DC converters are an essential component of all PV systems and it is vital for them to maintain normal function. Therefore, research on fault detection and identification in DC-DC converters is significant. This paper designs a new type of adaptive sliding mode observer, which realizes parameter estimation and fault detection of components by ensuring the consistent boundedness of parameter estimation errors. When the system fails, the parameter estimated value and actual value of the observer will generate a residual signal which can be analyzed and compared with the designed threshold value. If the threshold value is exceeded, the component will be diagnosed as malfunctioning. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a digital online simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation.  相似文献

This paper presents an approach to the fault diagnosis and disturbance observation for the hydraulic vertical three-tank system. An observer is designed which contains a corrective term based on a second-order sliding mode control algorithm featuring global convergence properties. Thanks to the proposed global observer, the reconstruction of certain faults and/or disturbances can be performed directly from the continuous observer output injection signal, without requiring any filtration. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by means of a simulation example and is then validated by performing real experiments.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new sliding mode observer for fault reconstruction, applicable for a class of linear parameter varying (LPV) systems. Observer schemes for actuator and sensor fault reconstruction are presented. For the actuator fault reconstruction scheme, a virtual system comprising the system matrix and a fixed input distribution matrix is used for the design of the observer. The fixed input distribution matrix is instrumental in simplifying the synthesis procedure to create the observer gains to ensure a stable closed-loop reduced order sliding motion. The ‘output error injection signals’ from the observer are used as the basis for reconstructing the fault signals. For the sensor fault observer design, augmenting the LPV system with a filtered version of the faulty measurements allows the sensor fault reconstruction problem to be posed as an actuator fault reconstruction scenario. Simulation tests based on a high-fidelity nonlinear model of a transport aircraft have been used to demonstrate the proposed actuator and sensor FDI schemes. The simulation results show their efficacy.  相似文献

A sliding mode observer in the presence of sampled output information and its application to robust fault reconstruction is studied. The observer is designed by using the delayed continuous-time representation of the sampled-data system, for which sufficient conditions are given in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to guarantee the ultimate boundedness of the error dynamics. Though an ideal sliding motion cannot be achieved in the observer when the outputs are sampled, ultimately bounded solutions can be obtained provided the sampling frequency is fast enough. The bound on the solution is proportional to the sampling interval and the magnitude of the switching gain. The proposed observer design is applied to the problem of fault reconstruction under sampled outputs and system uncertainties. It is shown that actuator or sensor faults can be reconstructed reliably from the output error dynamics. An example of observer design for an inverted pendulum system is used to demonstrate the merit of the proposed methodology compared to existing sliding mode observer design approaches.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of observer-based model predictive control (MPC) for a multi-channel cyber-physical system (CPS) with uncertainties and hybrid attacks is investigated via interval type-2 Takagi-Sugeno (IT2 T-S) fuzzy model. Both denial-of-service (DoS) and false data injection (FDI) attacks are studied due to the vulnerability of wireless transmission channels. The objective of the addressed problem is to improve the security performance of the multi-channel CPS under malicious attacks, which has not been adequately investigated in the existing MPC algorithms. Moreover, uncertainties which appear not only in the membership functions but in both state and input matrices are considered. In this paper, different from the method that FDI attacks are handled by the bounded functions, an off-line observer is designed to actively defend against the FDI attacks. Meanwhile, an on-line MPC optimization algorithm, which minimizes the upper bound of objective function respecting input constraints, is presented to obtain the secure controller gains. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to verify the effectiveness and superiority of presented approach.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-based weighted residual generator design via non-parallel distribution compensation (PDC) scheme for fault diagnosis in discrete-time T–S fuzzy systems, under consideration of the imperfect premise matching membership functions. An event-triggered mechanism is firstly introduced to save communication resources, which leads to the premise variables of the system and observer to be asynchronous. Then, a fuzzy diagnostic observer with mismatched premise variables is designed to estimate the unmeasurable states of the system. Moreover, by using non-PDC method, a diagnostic observer-based weighted residual generator is established to improve the fault detection (FD) performance by using the information provided by each local system, in which the membership functions structure of the diagnostic observer and residual generator need not to be the same as the systems, and the L/L2 and L FD scheme is used to optimize the FD performance. Finally, two simulation results are provided to show the efficiency of the proposed non-PDC method.  相似文献

In cyber-physical systems (CPS), cyber threats emerge in many ways which can cause significant destruction to the system operation. In wireless CPS, adversaries can block the communications of useful information by channel jamming, incurring the so-called denial of service (DoS) attacks. In this paper, we investigate the problem of optimal jamming attack scheduling against remote state estimation wireless network. Specifically, we consider that two wireless sensors report data to a remote estimator through two wireless communication channels lying in two unoverlapping frequency bands, respectively. Meanwhile, an adversary can select one and only one channel at a time to execute jamming attack. We prove that the optimal attack schedule is continuously launching attack on one channel determined based on the system dynamics matrix. The theoretical results are validated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

For continuous-time nonlinear systems represented by Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy models, a new H reduced-order-observer based controller synthesis structure is investigated in this paper. By the fuzzy reduced-order observer and fuzzy controller, an augmented error system composed of the estimation and control errors is obtained. The fuzzy modeling residual terms are seen as part of the external disturbance, and an extra design matrix is added to facilitate the design process. The robustness and stability conditions are given based on Lyapunov function approach, then the conditions are transformed into convex form to facilitate the numerical solving process. Finally, by the comparison with existing methods in simulation section, the control performance and conservativeness reduction effects of the proposed methods are verified.  相似文献

This paper presents an interval observer-based fault detection (FD) strategy for discrete-time T–S fuzzy systems with measurement errors. The system and measurement outputs are selected as the premise variables of plant and observer respectively. The bounds of mismatch items caused by the measurement errors are established by covering matched region, mismatched left adjacent region and right adjacent region. Piecewise Lyapunov function, taking full account of possible transitions, is employed to drive observer design condition. FD is turned into optimization problem with disturbance attenuation, fault sensitivity and nonnegativity constraints. The decision is implemented by judging whether zero is excluded from the residual interval. Finally, simulation is explored to verify the scheme.  相似文献

Detection and estimation of abnormalities for distributed parameter system (DPS) have wide applications in industry, e.g., battery thermal fault diagnosis, quality monitoring of hot-rolled strip laminar cooling process. In this paper, the abnormal spatio-temporal (S-T) source detection and estimation problem for a linear unstable DPS is first studied. The proposed methodology consists of two steps: first, an abnormality detection filter (ADF) which generates a residual signal for abnormality detection in the time domain is constructed using pointwise measurement; Then, an adaptive Luenberger-type PDE observer including an adaptive estimation algorithm is designed and triggered only when an alarm raises from the ADF. Theoretic analysis based on the spatial domain decomposition approach is presented to show the convergence of the estimation errors. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to show the performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, for three-dimensional interception of multiple missiles on a maneuvering target, a prescribed-time salvo attack guidance scheme with impact angle constraints and impact time constraint is investigated. The target accelerations are estimated accurately by a prescribed-time extended state observer. With the proposed guidance scheme, it ensures the LOS angles converge to desired values within a predetermined convergence time, and achieves salvo attack at a predetermined impact time. Prescribed-time convergency is shown for the proposed observer and controllers. Finally, the validity of the proposed guidance scheme is verified through numerical simulation.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the problem of adaptive output feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with input delay and disturbances. Radial basis function neural networks (NNs) are employed to approximate the unknown functions and an NN observer is constructed to estimate the unmeasurable system states. Moreover, an auxiliary system is introduced to compensate for the effect of input delay. With the aid of the backstepping technique and Lyapunov stability theorem, an adaptive NN output feedback controller is designed which can guarantee the boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a composite fault tolerant control (CFTC) with disturbance observer scheme is considered for a class of stochastic systems with faults and multiple disturbances. The disturbances are divided into two parts. One represents the stochastic disturbance with partial known information which is formulated by an exogenous system. The other is independent Wiener process. A stochastic disturbance observer is designed to estimate exogenous disturbance. To make the first type of disturbance can be rejected and the fault can be diagnosed, a composite fault diagnosis observer with disturbance observer is constructed. Furthermore, a composite fault-tolerant controller is proposed to compensate disturbances and faults. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

The problem of a grouped multiple missiles cooperative attack on multiple high maneuvering targets with a limited driving force is achieved by an anti-saturation fixed-time grouped cooperative guidance (FxTCG) law based on a sliding mode fixed-time disturbance observer (SM-FxTDO) in this study. First, the state estimation of each high maneuvering target within a fixed time is achieved by designing a sliding mode fixed-time disturbance observer. Second, the group cooperative guidance law is designed by using fixed-time theory, which can ensure the group consensus of multiple missiles strike times within a fixed time under the condition of input saturation. Then, the fixed time stability of the multi-missiles system is proven by using the bi-limit homogeneous theory and the Lyapunov function. Finally, the simulation results show the superiority of the designed observer and cooperative guidance law. The proposed observer can more effectively and accurately estimate the state of the high maneuvering target than the ESO. The proposed cooperative guidance law expands the number of attack targets and makes each group of multiple missiles attack the corresponding high maneuvering target under the conditions of an input saturation within a fixed time compared to the single-target cooperative law.  相似文献

This paper proposes a frequency-based approach for the detection of replay attacks affecting cyber-physical systems (CPS). In particular, the method employs a sinusoidal signal with a time-varying frequency (authentication signal) into the closed-loop system and checks whether the time profile of the frequency components in the output signal are compatible with the authentication signal or not. In order to carry out this target, the couplings between inputs and outputs are eliminated using a dynamic decoupling technique based on vector fitting. In this way, a signature introduced on a specific input channel will affect only the output that is selected to be associated with that input, which is a property that can be exploited to determine which channels are being affected. A bank of band-pass filters is used to generate signals whose energies can be compared to reconstruct an estimation of the time-varying frequency profile. By matching the known frequency profile with its estimation, the detector can provide the information about whether a replay attack is being carried out or not. The design of the signal generator and the detector are thoroughly discussed, and an example based on a quadruple-tank process is used to show the application and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper develops a novel observer design method for multi-motor web-winding system. Firstly, the multi-motor web-winding system is regarded as a synthetic system with several subsystems, where the dynamic model for each subsystem is given. Then, the nonlinear diffeomorphism transformation is introduced to obtain a transformed system with block triangular structure and the interconnections among the subsystems are allowed. Next, a decentralized high-gain observer with sliding mode is designed for the transformed system, based on which the estimation error dynamics can be got. Sufficient condition of asymptotic stability for estimation error dynamics is derived by the Lyapunov stability theory and the observer gain is obtained. After that, the observer for original multi-motor web-winding system is achieved via inverse transformation. Finally, the simulation and analysis are performed in the three-motor web-winding system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed observer.  相似文献
