基于 CAD 和 CAE 软件的集成设计是现代设计趋势之一。如何将参数化 CAD 建模与有限元分析相结合是一项挑战性工作。通过改变模型参数实现自动建模和有限元分析的研究很少。探讨基于 SolidWorks 尺寸驱动的弹簧参数化建模与基于 Python 的 ABAQUS 二次开发进行有限元分析相结合的方法。在 VB 界面中,通过人机对话窗口对可变参数赋予不同的参数值,自动生成一系列圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧模型。将模型导入 Abaqus有限元软件,采用 Python 语言进行 CAE 模块编辑。将参数化技术与有限元计算有机结合,建立弹簧参数化设计与 CAE 分析系统,实现 CAE 分析的自动建模。实验结果表明,该方法可以得到合理的有限元分析结果。采用基于参数的设计与分析方法,可以缩短设计周期,得到合理准确的结果,且成本较低,弹簧分析方法也适用于其它机械零件。  相似文献

以750kW中等长度水平轴风力机叶片为例,应用ANSYS软件,通过GUI操作界面实现复合材料风力机叶片的有限元建模。使实体模型可直接运用于力学性能分析,而无需再在CAD软件与有限元软件间相互转换。同时由于ANSYS软件对于复合材料分析的良好支持,使所建模型能更为真实的反映其结构性能,从而更好地为风力发电机的设计、分析服务。  相似文献

超长钻孔灌注群桩承载特性的实验研究和数值分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用离心机模型试验和三维有限元模型对天兴洲大桥的超长嵌岩钻孔灌注群桩进行了分析.离心机试验中,根据相似理论,不同的原型材料用不同的指标进行模拟,细砂、桩身、承台分别以天然密度、抗压刚度、抗弯刚度作为指标进行模拟.对土体未开挖阶段、钻孔阶段、混凝土灌注阶段和养护阶段的应力场进行了详细的讨论,并应用ANSYS进行了分析.根据2种方法得到的结果,从荷载沉降曲线、桩身轴力分布和侧向摩阻分布等方面,对比分析了加载和卸载条件下超长钻孔群桩的承载特性.结果表明,有限元计算模型与离心机试验模型沉降观测的结果吻合得很好;桩顶反力的分布规律复杂,与承台的自身刚度、相应的假定和分析方法有关;轴力随着深度先稍微增加,后逐渐减少,并且在岩层中减少的速度远比砂土中快.  相似文献

To understand the characteristics of impact-sound transmission through a floor is very helpful for developing sound attenuation strategies to acquire a high quality of dwellings. Sound transmission through a floating floor to the room underneath was modeled by finite-element method (FEM). The sound pressure levels calculated by the FEM model on a scale of 1:4 was compared with the measured values, which demonstrate good agreement, particularly for impact sound of a relatively low frequency. The sound pressure level in a receiving room is strongly affected by the structural characteristics of both the floor and the room. The sound pressure transmitted through a clamped floor is lower than through a simply supported floor because of the larger rigidity of the clamped floor that contributes to the attenuation mechanism of stiffness. Increase in the thickness of the fiber-glass damping layer in the floor improves sound insulation. A larger room has a larger capacity to dissipate the sound pressure and thus has a lower sound pressure level. An asymmetric configuration of room avails sound attenuation because it has weaker structural and acoustic coupling than a symmetric one.  相似文献

A real case of a steel lattice shell suffering a fire was studied. Based on the theory of field modeling, fire dynamic simulator (FDS) was used to identify the temperature field. The damage mechanism of the structure was determined by FEM analysis. After damage assessment, the shell was repaired with the pipe-encasement method. Finally, field test was employed to check the capacity of the structure after repair. The numerical study results indicate that the damage assessment agrees well with field inspection, verifying the accuracy of fire numerical simulation and FEM analysis. The field test results prove that the pipe-encasement method is secure and reasonable, and the repaired shell is safe.  相似文献

Factors such as errors during the fabrication or construction of structural components and errors of calculation assumption or calculation methods, are very likely to cause serious deviation of many strings' actual prestressing forces from the designed values during tension structure construction or service period, and further to threaten the safety and reliability of the structure. Aiming at relatively large errors of the prestressing force of strings in a tension structure construction or service period, this paper proposes a new finite element method (FEM), the "tensile force correction calculation method". Based on the measured prestressing forces of the strings, this new method applies the structure from the zero prestressing force status approach to the measured prestressing force status for the first phase, and from the measured prestressing force status approach to the designed prestressing force status for the second phase. The construction tensile force correction value for each string can be obtained by multi-iteration with FEM. Using the results of calculation, the strings' tensile force correction by group and in batch will be methodic, simple and accurate. This new calculation method can be applied to the prestressed correction construction simulation analysis for tension structures.  相似文献

底板变形破坏是煤层底板突水的重要影响因素,借助室内试验系统进行相似材料模拟研究是获取深部采动条件下底板突水灾变演化及防治的有效手段。文章总结了相似材料模拟在煤层底板变形破坏中的应用原理、相似材料选择及模型制作,综述了试验相关理论、试验材料、试验装置研制以及量测技术与成果分析等方面的研究进展,重点分析了目前存在的主要问题。最后,指出在未来的研究中,需在模型材料、新技术、新方法方面加强攻关,且应注意相似材料模拟、理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测等多种方法的综合应用,进而综合确定煤层底板的变形破坏情况。  相似文献

建立平面与空间有限元模型,对郑州黄河公路钢管混凝土系杆拱桥(二桥)的活载横向分布系数、横粱、拱肋和系梁的受力特点进行比较分析,重点考察结构的空间效应问题,并分析了结构第一类空间稳定系数及其主要影响因素。分析结果表明,活载横向分布系数采用杠杆法与空间分析结果相近,可用于设计计算之中;系梁承受有较大的扭矩;吊杆横梁的受力性质接近于简支梁,而端横梁的受力要进行空间分析,考虑系梁扭矩的作用;K撑中的斜撑和系梁安装支架对提高结构稳定系数贡献较大。  相似文献

To analyze wind-induced response characteristics of a wind turbine tower more accurately, the blade-tower coupling effect was investigated. The mean wind velocity of the rotating blades and tower was simulated according to wind shear effects, and the fluctuating wind velocity time series of the wind turbine were simulated by a harmony superposition method. A dynamic finite element method (FEM) was used to calculate the wind-induced response of the blades and tower. Wind-induced responses of the tower were calculated in two cases (one included the blade-tower coupling effect, and the other only added the mass of blades and the hub at the top of the tower), and then the maximal displacements at the top of the tower of the tow cases were compared with each other. As a result of the influence of the blade-tower coupling effect and the total base shear of the blades, the maximal displacement of the first case increased nearly by 300% compared to the second case. To obtain more precise analysis, the blade-tower coupling effect and the total base shear of the blades should be considered simultaneously in the design of wind turbine towers.  相似文献

An integrated finite element model(FEM)of offshore wind tower-foundation-soil is established by ABAQUS, where a large-scale composite bucket foundation with seven compartments inside is applied to supporting the upper wind tower. The dynamic response of the structure-foundation system is studied under three seismic waves with the same peak ground acceleration of 0.035g. It can be seen that the dynamic response increases at the beginning with the structure height, then it decreases because the structural damping increases due to the mass effect of the upper wind turbine generator system. It is shown that the anti-liquefaction capacity of the soil inside and underneath the foundation is improved owing to the high overburden pressure of the upper structure and the constraint effect of the bucket skirt and subdivisions. Moreover, the liquefaction resistance of the soil inside the middle compartment is improved to a higher degree than that inside the side compartments.  相似文献

Recently, the finite element method (FEM) has been commonly applied in the engineering analysis of rotor dynamics. Gyroscopic moments, rotary inertia, transverse shear deformation and gravity can be included in computational models of rotor-bearing systems. In this paper, a finite element model and its solution method are presented for the calculation of the dynamics of dual rotor systems. A typical structure with two rotor shafts is discussed and the procedure for obtaining the coupling motion equations of the subsystems is illustrated. A computer program is developed to solve critical speeds and to simulate the transient motion. The influence of gyroscopic moments on co-rotation and counter-rotation is analyzed, and the effect of the speed ratio on critical speed is studied. The dynamic characteristics under different conditions of increasing speed during start-up are demonstrated by comparison with transient nodal displacements. The presented model provides a complete foundation for further investigation of the dynamics of dual rotor systems.  相似文献

This study introduces a two-part factor mixture model as an alternative analysis approach to modeling data where strong floor effects and unobserved population heterogeneity exist in the measured items. As the names suggests, a two-part factor mixture model combines a two-part model, which addresses the problem of strong floor effects by decomposing the data into dichotomous and continuous response components, with a factor mixture model, which explores unobserved heterogeneity in a population by establishing latent classes. Two-part factor mixture modeling can be an important tool for situations in which ordinary factor analysis produces distorted results and can allow researchers to better understand population heterogeneity within groups. Building a two-part factor mixture model involves a consecutive model building strategy that explores latent classes in the data for each part as well as a combination of the two-part. This model building strategy was applied to data from a randomized preventive intervention trial in Baltimore public schools administered by the Johns Hopkins Center for Early Intervention. The proposed model revealed otherwise unobserved subpopulations among the children in the study in terms of both their tendency toward and their level of aggression. Furthermore, the modeling approach was examined using a Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

跨语言文本相似度计算在跨语言信息检索、数据挖掘、抄袭检测等领域有着重要应用,但是跨语言文本相似度计算因为不同语言文法、结构等问题,在空间映射、特征选择上与单语言文本相似度计算有很大差异。为解决上述问题,采用一种基于文本加权词共现关系的跨语言文本相似度计算方法,通过平行语料库构建跨语言词共现关系模型,使用该模型进行跨语言文本映射,对不同语言的文本进行相似度计算。该模型实际反映了某种语言中某些关键词共同出现时映射成另一种语言时的关键词概率分布。实验表明,该方法对跨语言文本排序的计算更接近人工评判标准。  相似文献

以某沿海城市地铁车站结构为例,通过室内单桩竖向抗压静载试验,计算单桩极限侧阻力,理论验算和MIDAS 有限元软件数值模拟相结合,对比分析不同抗浮措施下车站结构底板位移、变形大小。 结果表明:围护结构法抗浮,车站底板竖向位移得到控制,但结构底板变形较大,底板水头高度为17.4 m 时,底板最大变形5.75 mm;抗浮锚杆和抗浮桩可有效减小结构底板变形,底板水头高度为17.4m 时,两种抗浮措施下底板最大变形分别为2.37 和2.04 mm;抗浮组合措施能够发挥各自优势,抗浮效果明显,对结构变形控制较好;排水减压法基于减小结构水浮力原理抗浮,抗浮效果显著。  相似文献
