给出了用有限元分析软件ANSYS对大型负游隙四点接触球轴承进行接触分析的方法,并以某转盘轴承为例,计算空载时负游隙下钢球与内、外圈滚道之间的法向接触压力.结果表明:负游隙时轴承发生四点接触,接触区域为椭圆形,最大接触应力出现在钢球与外圈滚道的接触面上.ANSYS有限元分析结果的精度取决于模型网格尺寸,接触部位的网格尺寸要小于接触椭圆长半轴尺寸,同短半轴尺寸相适应.  相似文献

在经典的深沟球轴承接触分析中,大都把钢珠、套圈、轴、轴承座视为是刚性的,其变形是局部的;或者利用有限元分析软件进行有限元分析时把钢珠、套圈有限元化,忽略轴、轴承座对轴承的影响。这两种情况都降低了深沟球轴承接触分析的准确性。针对这种问题,将仿真软件ROMAX运用到深沟球轴承的静态接触分析中。以KOYO 6910深沟球轴承为例,采用ROMAX软件建模,并对所建的模型进行刚性分析和柔性分析,结果表明:ROMAX软件所建模型的刚性接触分析结果与经典理论计算结果具有一致性;柔性分析结果显示钢珠所受载荷更加均匀,套圈变形的起伏更小。同时在该柔性模型的基础上分析了工作间隙对深沟球轴承接触载荷、接触变形的影响,为后续的轴承功耗损失研究提供参考。  相似文献

根据滚动轴承的分析理论建立了轴承的动态数学模型并通过Hook-Jeeves的优化方法求解,研究了高速角接触陶瓷球轴承的动态特性,并与传统的钢轴承作了对比.结果表明:与低转速工况时相比,高转速时轴承的动态性能不仅受预加载荷的影响,而且在更大程度上与转速和滚珠材料特性有关:随转速的升高,轴承的轴向刚度与径向刚度均发生显变化,变化趋势为先下降后上升;在高速状态下,与传统钢轴承相比,陶瓷球轴承的接触应力及变形明显降低、接触角变化较小、轴向与径向刚度变化程度相对较低、动态特性相对稳定,从而具有传统钢球轴承无可比拟的优越性.  相似文献

利用ANSYS对内燃机车传动轴空心轴焊缝的等效分析得出了塞焊圆孔周边最薄弱的环节。借助于Miner理论得到传动轴变幅载荷谱下的寿命预测。通过雨流计数法,将传动轴的扭矩载荷时间历程编制成传动轴载荷谱,再将应力谱按损伤相等的原则等效为恒幅应力,并采用该等效应力幅利用名义应力法对其在各条件下进行疲劳强度的校核。  相似文献

基于Jones-Harris方法建立了调心球轴承的动力学模型,应用Newton-Raphson方法对轴承动力学方程组进行了求解,开发了相应的计算程序.完成了该轴承的离心力、陀螺力矩、接触载荷、接触角、径向变形与径向刚度等动态特性参数分析.分析结果表明:转速与载荷是影响接触角大小与接触载荷分布最主要的2个因素;滚子的离心力与陀螺力矩随着转速的上升而增大,在此影响下外圈接触载荷增大而内圈接触载荷减小;受离心力的影响,外圈的接触角减小而内圈的接触角增大,且随着转速的增加,内外圈接触角的差值越来越大;轴承的径向刚度随着转速的上升而下降,而滚道沟曲率系数也对轴承径向刚度有一定程度的影响.  相似文献

柴油发动机必须具有较大的输出来保持良好的流动性。通过建立重型货车柴油机的三维有限元模型并设置蠕墨铸铁的材料特性进行应力分析,所选有限元模型由四个半挑选出来的重型柴油机气缸体截面组成。此重型柴油机研究的部分包括缸体、缸盖、垫片、衬套、轴承盖、轴承和螺栓,加载条件为预加载、装配负荷和燃气载荷。通过对柴油机缸体结构进行拓扑优化分析得到的优化结果,可作为设计缸体结构的参考依据。  相似文献

本文运用有限元分析软件 ANSYS5 . 7模拟计算间隙配合与过盈配合两种不同模具结构凹模实际工况下所受的应力 ,得到凹模表面应力分布云图。结果表明 ,模具间隙配合结构使凹模表面应力分布极不均匀 ,应力集中现象明显 ,使凹模出现疲劳裂纹治造成早期失效 ;过盈配合结构使凹模表面应力大幅度下降 ,应力分布均匀 ,达到了优化模具结构、提高模具寿命的目的  相似文献

针对牛顿环应力变形难以测量的问题,利用ANSYS有限元法精确计算牛顿环光学玻璃中心变形量及应力值,得到牛顿环变形云图及等效应力云图。对于牛顿环结构中螺钉加力引起的应力变形情况,设计了一种5螺钉固定的牛顿环优化模型,应用ANSYS有限元法验证了优化模型的可行性及准确性,减小了应力变形引起的牛顿环测量误差。应用仿真变形量快速测量光学玻璃弯曲刚度值,在光学测量领域具有实际应用价值。仿真结果表明,优化模型中心变形量及应力值测量误差均有较大幅度的减小,加载载荷在12.5~40 N、60~70 N范围内可作为ANSYS有限元仿真计算光学玻璃弯曲刚度值的最佳应力区间。  相似文献

To investigate the cage stability of high-speed oil-lubricated angular contact ball bearings, a dynamic model of cages is developed on the basis of Gupta’s and Meeks’ work. The model can simulate the cage motion under oil lubrication with all six degrees of freedom. Particularly, the model introduces oil-film damping and hysteresis damping, and deals with the collision contact as imperfect elastic contact. In addition, the effects of inner ring rotational speed, the ratio of pocket clearance to guiding clearance and applied load on the cage stability are investigated by simulating the cage motion with the model. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of ball bearing parameters.  相似文献

Rotor systems supported by angular contact ball bearings are complicated due to nonlinear Hertzian contact force. In this paper, nonlinear bearing forces of ball bearing under five-dimensional loads are given, and 5-DOF dynamic equations of a rigid rotor ball bearing system are established. Continuation-shooting algorithm for periodic solutions of the nonlinear non-autonomous dynamic system and Floquet multipliers of the system are used. Furthermore, the bifurcation and stability of the periodic motion of the system in different parametric domains are also studied. Results show that the bifurcation and stability of period-1 motion vary with structural parameters and operating parameters of the rigid rotor ball bearing system. Avoidance of unbalanced force and bending moment, appropriate initial contact angle, axial load and damping factor help enhance the unstable rotating speed of period-1 motion.  相似文献

A dynamic finite element method combined with finite element mixed formula for contact problem is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of gear system. Considering the stiffness excitation, error excitation and meshing shock excitation, the dynamic finite element model is established for the entire gear system which includes gears, shafts, bearings and gearbox housing. By the software of I-DEAS, the natural frequency, normal mode, dynamic time-domain response, frequency-domain response and one-third octave velocity grade structure borne noise of gear system are studied by the method of theoretical modal analysis and dynamic response analysis. The maximum values of vibration and structure borne noise are occurred at the mesh frequency of output grade gearing.  相似文献

The effects of journal misalignment on a journal bearing caused by an asymmetric rotor structure are presented in this study.A new model considering the asymmetric deflection is applied.Also,the thermo-hydrodynamic of the oil film in the journal bearing and straightforward elasticity theory are considered in the analysis.Based on the structure stiffness equivalent characteristic,a simple stepped shaft can reflect the entire complex structure model.The existing lubrication model,which does not consider this angle component,is not very precise for journal bearings.Film pressure,misalignment angle,velocity field,oil leakage,and temperature field were calculated and compared in the journal bearing analysis.The results indicate that bearing performances are greatly affected by misalignment caused by the asymmetric structure.A simple stepped shaft can effectively represent a misaligned journal bearing in a rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

According to Hertz theory, the difference of contact stress for non-circular gears and equivalent gears is compared in the paper, a calculating method of contact stress for non-circular gears by using equivalent gears is researched, and computing formulas of power and rotation speed for equivalent gears are deduced. A numerical simulation of contact stress for non-circular gears has also been conducted based on the finite element method. By the comparison of fitting curves, the feasibility of using equivalent gears instead of non-circular gears to calculate the contact stress is testified.  相似文献
