800米跑被国际上公认为是最难训练的项目之一,因为800米跑既要运动员有速度、同时又要有耐力,还要使速度和耐力之间达到一个平衡．这样才能取得很好的成绩．本文从800米跑的耐力训练出发,运用人体生物化学原理,并结合当前800米训练的新手段和新方法,对800米跑的供能特点和训练手段进行分析．分析认为,800米跑成绩的提高与运动员的供能方式有密切的关系,无氧代谢供能所占比例越大,其成绩就越好．所以,800米跑的训练要以无氧耐力为主进行训练． 相似文献

当前,无论是教科书,还是实际田径训练,仍按照传统观念,将400米跑归类为短跑,800米跑归类为中跑。所以在训练中,总是按照传统方法,将发展耐力、均速跑作为主攻方向。由于认识偏差,训练方法不科学,400米800米跑的运动员成绩提高的总是不明显。通过多年的训练实践,根据当前对400米800米跑的能量供应,氧债和脉博呼吸等多方面的分析,我认为,400米800米跑的项目,既不属于短跑类,又不属于中跑类,而是这两类的结合交点,属于超短跑项目之类。首先,400米跑和800米跑的无氧代谢供能能力相近,而800米与1500米跑的无氧代谢能力却存在着较大的差异。最新的科学研究成果证明,400米800米跑无氧供能均在 相似文献

现代中长跑的训练内容很多，凡是能够决定和影响运动员竞技运动能力及专项运动成绩的因素，郁应列为训练的内容，800m跑属于极限强度很强的项目，运动中能量的供应主要以肌糖的酵解为主，无氧代谢高达84％，比赛后程的血乳酸浓度可达到270-300mm%，氧债可达到20-30L。因此，800m跑的运动员必须提高在运动中产生乳酸的能力，而这些能力的提高必须经过艰苦科学合理的训练。 相似文献
