我国现行硕士研究生学制为2．5年至3年。这种学制与国际通行的2年硕士生学制不接轨,已不适应我国硕士研究生培养目标必须重新定位的需要,不利于加入WT0后的中国研究生教育在国际舞台上的竞争,不利于改变我国高级专门人才严重缺乏的局面,也造成了我国研究生因毕业年龄偏大推迟进入“科学创造最佳年龄区”的后果,因而必须进行改革。 相似文献

进入21世纪,我国的研究生教育进入快速发展时期,硕士研究生教育类型和规格也日益多元化,学术型硕士研究生的相对独立性越来越弱,逐渐变成为继续攻读博士学位做专业知识准备的过渡性学位。这种“过渡性”决定了学术型硕士研究生学制不能过长,学术水平标准要求不宜过高,并且要与攻读博士学位者有“接续性”。随着对学术型硕士研究生培养目标、培养定位、培养模式认识的不断深化,中国人民大学从2002年9月开始,先后在部分学科专业实行硕士研究生以两年学制为中心的弹性学制改革试点,到2004年7月,首届实行两年学制的1920名硕士研究生毕业,其就业… 相似文献
