采用文献资料法,总结国内外不同低氧训练模式的研究现状,包括传统高原训练,间歇性低氧训练,高住低练以及低住高练,分析了不同低氧训练模式对人体的血液、心血管系统、骨骼肌、抗氧化能力以及最大吸氧量的影响,从而展示了各种低氧训练影响运动能力的机制,并归纳各种低氧训练的优缺点,传统低氧训练稳定性差,但对机体刺激强,各种模拟低氧训练经验不足,训练方法仍需要完善. 相似文献

采用间歇性低氧复合常氧训练的方法,下高原调整后以25m/min的速度一次性力竭,紫外分光光度法测定大鼠骨骼肌匀浆液中SOD、MDA、SDH、CCO指标变化,免疫组织化学ABC法测定骨骼肌c-fos基因表达.结果表明：IHT组能明显提高大鼠抗氧化和清除自由基以及有氧代谢的能力,降低了c-fos表达,有效改善了大鼠对中等强度耐力运动的适应能力,旨在为运动员间歇性低氧训练后平原耐力参赛提供参考. 相似文献

铁在许多生理过程中发挥着重要的作用,参与机体ATP合成、氧的转运与利用.运动与铁代谢有着密切的联系,运动会改变机体铁稳态.低氧训练作为一种日益发展起来的训练方法对机体的运动能力产生较大的影响.低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)作为低氧应答的关键环节使机体产生多方面适应性变化,近年来发现二价金属离子转运体1(divalent metal transporter l,DMT1)、EPO、跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶6(transmenbrance serine proteases 6,TMPRSS6)等是HIF-1的靶基因,并深入影响了机体以及骨骼肌的铁代谢,有助于阐明低氧训练对骨骼肌铁代谢影响的机制.在低氧训练过程中肠铁吸收、机体铁状态的变化也会引起运动员骨骼肌铁代谢发生变化和适应性调节. 相似文献

高原和低氧训练被认为对于运动员机能状况和运动能力的提高有一定的效果,已有研究表明[1],低氧暴露和高原训练可对免疫功能产生抑制作用.实验以雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,以符合跑台训练方式建立低氧训练模型.实验结果表明:服用贞芪扶正胶囊的大鼠体重及脾重含量明显高于其对照组(P0.05),说明服用贞芪扶正胶囊可以使血液中淋巴蛋白增高,阻止了机体防止免疫球蛋白分解,从而使防御性抗体形成. 相似文献
