通过问卷调查法对山东省普通高校高水平运动队篮球教练员队伍的现状进行研究分析,结果表明:山东省高校高水平篮球运动队教练员整体年龄结构、职称结构比较合理,但高学历比例严重偏低;他们有着丰富的教学实践经验,但缺乏大赛临场指挥经验;教练员还缺乏定期的业务培训、考核制度。因此,要改善教练员学历结构及提高大赛,临场指挥水平,建议采用引进的手段,聘请高水平专业队教练员兼职任教,实现教练员队伍的优势互补;加强对高水平运动队教练员队伍的培训、考核,提高高水平运动队的科学化训练水平;培养智力型与经验型相结合的高水平篮球教练员。  相似文献

目前,我国高校整体篮球水平较低主要表现为学校不重视、运动员技术差、教练员水平低。从普通高校高水平运动队训练与管理的现实、训练角度、经济角度、高校教练员的实际情况、篮球运动的特点、竞技体育发展趋势、相关政策文件看,提高教练员水平是提高高校篮球整体水平的关键。但目前存在困难:1.教练员无法平衡提高技术水平与工作、生活压力之间的关系;2.我国高校篮球发展起步较晚,教练员整体水平至今未得到明显提高;3.我国体育理论界对此问题研究不多,重视不够。  相似文献

以领导理论和教练员多维系统理论为依据.采用问卷调查、现场观察和访问等多种方法,探讨我国优势竞技项目教练员领导行为特征与执教效果等问题。结果表明,运动员特征因素对教练员执教的风格有较大的影响;男运动员认知的肯定程度优于女运动员;运动员期望教练员领导行为方式与实际认知之间存在较大差距;教练员领导行为与运动员获取优秀运动成绩有着密切关系;教练员感知能力高于实际领导行为的均值;教练员设置预期目标只有略高于优秀运动员的期望目标,才有可能更好地完成最终的预期目标。  相似文献

运用Delphi法和文献法,对我国竞技体育项目整体发展水平及其影响因素进行分析,旨在为其在新奥运周期的战略定位与项目布局提供参考。结果表明:(1)我国竞技体育项目整体发展水平呈稳定性、集中性和均衡性的特征;(2)竞技体育优秀后备人才不足、教练员水平不能完全适应科学化训练的要求、基础项目薄弱是当前制约我国竞技体育项目整体水平可持续发展的三个主要因素;(3)新奥运周期我国竞技体育备战项目,在布局上应重点发展跳水、竞技体操、乒乓球、举重、射击、柔道等优势项目;在发展战略上应向女子项目倾斜,突出发展,特别是集体项目。  相似文献

采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对我国羽毛球教练员岗位培训现状进行调查分析。结果表明:参加培训的教练员整体专业运动水平较高,但学历水平较低;教练员执教年限与等级、教练员的等级与运动等级、教练员等级与年龄基本呈正相关;岗培开设的部分课程与实际结合不够紧密;考核方式单调,实用性不强;对教材的总体评价较高,内容较充实;岗培教师年龄偏大。建议根据教练员实际需求制定培训内容;加大实践性操作考核力度:利用多媒体技术教肇:加强师资队伍建设。  相似文献

运用秩和运算法、百分位数法、教练员主观定性分析法,对CUBA优秀男子篮球运动员的身体素质测试指标进行了相应的评价。结果显示:各测试指标权重确定较为合理;在确定评价对象发生质变的临界点时,以教练员的主观定性分析为依据,符合篮球项目的实践特征。评价标准便于运动员和教练员进行衡量和判断,有利于发现队员的优势及薄弱环节,能为教练员制订平时的训练计划、确定训练目标、选择训练内容和方法提供依据。  相似文献

优秀教练员的培养是训练工作的重要组成部分,建立一支高水平、高素质的教练员队伍已经成为加强运动训练的一个重要环节。本文以我国奥运会金牌教练员为案例,选取了具有代表性的四位奥运会金牌教练员李永波、陈忠和、孙海平、马俊仁为案例分析,来研究我国金牌教练员的胜任能力。研究表明:对于教练员应该具备的能力可以划分为显性能力和隐性能力两大部分,显性能力因素是基准性能力因素,但是无法把教练员从表现平庸的教练员当中区分开来,隐性能力是鉴别优秀教练员的关键因素,教练员拥有较强隐性能力,才能在以后的训练工作中取得优秀的成绩,成为一名优秀的教练员。  相似文献

Researchers focusing on coach dismissal often examine organizational performance as an antecedent; however, there has been minimal attention to the ways in which countervailing dimensions of power associated with coaches and ownership influence dismissal decisions, while still considering performance as well as expectations. To understand how power, performance and expectations affect coach dismissals, the authors examine the tenures of coaches in the North American-based National Basketball Association and use survival analysis to test a model of coach dismissals using 31 years of observations. The authors find that coach dismissal is a process influenced not only by team performance, but also expectations and a coach’s power that accrues from both structure and prestige. Additional findings suggest that expert power influences the likelihood of coach dismissal, but only after the coach has been in the job for several years. Finally, the authors found a non-linear relationship between performance and the probability of coach dismissal, suggesting that single events (i.e., wins or losses) have less influence on the probability of dismissal when performance is very poor or above average.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We draw on the concept of the shared mental model to explain the cross-level direct and moderating effects of team trust on the relationship between coach transformational leadership and cohesion. Using hierarchical linear modelling, we analysed 597 national level high school and university volleyball players to test our research model. Our results revealed that, (a) at the individual level, coach transformational leadership has a positive effect on athletes’ perceptions on cohesion and (b) team trust, a group-level construct, is positively related to social cohesion and moderates the coach transformational leadership-cohesion relationship. The moderating effect demonstrates that the positive effect of coach transformational leadership on cohesion could be enhanced when high levels of team trust are shared within the group. Implications for coach education and sport psychology in terms of theory and research are discussed.  相似文献

The present study aimed to extend research that has focused on the identification of stressors associated with coaching practice by systematically evaluating how such stressors effect athletes, and more broadly, the coach–athlete relationship. A total of 13 professional- and national-level athletes were interviewed to address the three study aims: how they detect when a coach is encountering stressors, how coach experiences of stress effects them as an athlete, and how effective the coach is when experiencing stress. Following content analysis, the data suggested athletes were able to detect when a coach was experiencing stress and this was typically via a variety of verbal and behavioural cues. Despite some positive effects of the coach experiencing stress, the majority were negative and varied across a range of personal influences on the athlete, and effects on the general coaching environment. It was also the broad view of the athletes that coaches were less effective when stressed, and this was reflected in performance expectations, perceptions of competence, and lack of awareness. The findings are discussed in relation to the existing theory and with reference to their implications for applied practice, future research, and development of the coach–athlete relationship.  相似文献

Professional coach educators are key to the success of coach education and play a crucial role in developing coaching practice. However, coach education research remains remarkably coach centric with little attention paid to the coach educator or the broader role of the socio-cultural context that frames the learning process. Four professional coach educators working for a Sport Governing Body in-situ with twenty five professional clubs took part in interviews and focus groups over the course of a year. In addition, interviews were undertaken with nine academy managers and thirty two coaches as well as observations in eight of the clubs. This paper focuses on the coach educators specifically and aims to understand the nature of coach educators' social reality and practice by examining something of the relational nature of the coach educators and their practice in context. Using the work of Bourdieu the paper engages in epistemic reflexivity and attempts to uncover coach educators' social and intellectual unconscious embedded in and reflected through their social practice. Findings show the operation of a number of socially constructed legitimating principles where the success or failure of the coach educator's practice and learning was inextricably linked to power. Each club (field) was a field of struggles, and coach educators had to play a symbolic and relational game being defined by and, at the same time, struggling to define these relations. Hence practice for the coach educators was both social and embodied.  相似文献
