采用C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),梯度洗脱,以不同比例的乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,同时测定了清肺抑火片中栀子苷(238 nm)、大黄素(254 nm)、大黄酚(254 nm)的含量.栀子苷、大黄素和大黄酚分别在0.06~0.6μg、0.08~0.8μg和0.08~0.8μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系.平均回收率分别为98.33%、97.43%和97.73%;RSD值分别为0.55%、0.50%和0.87%.所建立的方法可同时测定清肺抑火片中栀子苷、大黄素、大黄酚的含量,可用于清肺抑火片的质量控制. 相似文献

目的:建立了同时测定丹芎跌打膏中4个主要成分(京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、去甲氧基姜黄素和姜黄素)含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:采用依利特C18柱,流动相为乙腈(A)和0.4%冰醋酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.2 m L/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长λ1=238 nm(京尼平龙胆双糖苷和栀子苷),λ2=430 nm(去甲氧基姜黄素和姜黄素)。结果:在优化的色谱条件下,京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、去甲氧基姜黄素和姜黄素的线性范围分别为4.10~82.00μg/m L(r=0.999 3)、5.69~113.80μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、7.80~156.00μg/m L(r=0.999 5)和8.06~161.20μg/m L(r=0.999 8);4种成分的平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为97.89%、99.24%、97.16%、96.89%,RSD分别为1.16%、0.97%、1.56%、1.23%。结论:该方法为丹芎跌打膏的质量控制提供了科学依据。 相似文献

目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定清咽口服液中龙胆苦苷含量的方法.方法:经测定波长的选择、线性关系考察、精密度实验、稳定性试验、重复性实验和加样回收实验,确定以下色谱条件:色谱柱为kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(35∶65),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm.测得3批清咽口服液中龙胆苦苷的含量.结果:龙胆苦苷进样量在0.354～4.448μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2);平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=2.0%(n=5).结论:所建立RP-HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可用于清咽口服液的质量控制. 相似文献

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定气滞胃痛颗粒中柚皮苷和橙皮苷的方法.方法:采用SHIMAD-ZU VP-ODS(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-pH3.5磷酸水=22:78(v/v)为流动相,流速为1.2 ml·min-1;检测波长为283nm.结果:待测组分与其他组分分离度良好(>1.5),柚皮苷和橙皮苷线性范围分别为2.8-56.0μg·ml-1和0.43-8.6μg·ml-1,柚皮苷和橙皮苷的平均回收率分别为98.9%,99.6%,RSD分别为1.7%,2.0%.结论:本方法简便,准确度和精密度均能满足橙汁饮料中橙皮苷、柚皮苷测定的要求. 相似文献
