用直接混合法制备了碳原子线修饰碳糊电极,并研究了对苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为.与未加碳原子线的空白碳糊电极相比,碳原子线修饰碳糊电极可使对苯二酚的氧化峰负移0.152V,还原峰正移0.161V,ΔEp减小了0.313V,反应的可逆性明显变好,说明该电极具有具有较高的电催化活性.同时还探讨了电解质溶液、浓度、扫描速率等因素对电催化性能的影响.  相似文献

用循环伏安法制备了铁氰化铜修饰玻碳电极,并研究了对乙酰氨基酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,在pH=6.86的磷酸缓冲溶液中,对乙酰氨基酚在铁氰化铜修饰电极上0.437V处出现一氧化峰,与裸玻碳电极相比氧化峰电位负移了81mV。对乙酰氨基酚浓度在4×10-5-1×10-3mol/L范围内,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈现很好的线性关系,其相关系数是0.9993,检出限为1×10-5mol/L。  相似文献

制备了聚中性红修饰玻碳电极,通过考察对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为发现,对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的还原峰、氧化法电流信号分别是裸电极上的4.17倍和8.25倍,在pH为9.16的Na2CO3-NaHCO3缓冲体系中,对乙酰氨基酚在8.00×10-7mol/L~5.00×10-4mol/L浓度范围内与其氧化峰电流大小呈良好线性关系:ip=0.0272c(μmol/L)+2.254(r=0.9961),检出限为2.67×10-7mol/L。该方法线性范围宽,检出限低,模拟样品检测回收率在97%~107%之间。进一步研究表明,对乙酰氨基酚在聚中性红修饰玻碳电极上的反应是受吸附控制的2质子、2电子参与的反应过程。  相似文献

采用电化学聚合法将变色酸2R聚合物修饰到玻碳电极上,制备了P2R/AGCE修饰电极,检测了P2R/AGCE修饰电极的电化学特性和P2R/AGCE修饰电极对对乙酰氨基酚药物的电催化性能.结果表明:变色酸2R增大了电极的比表面积,显著改善了玻碳电极的电化学性能,提高了电极的导电性.P2R/AGCE修饰电极的灵敏度高、检出限低、电催化能力强、重现性好.在最佳测试条件下,氧化峰峰电流与对乙酰氨基酚浓度在0.01~0.20 mol/L间存在良好的线性关系,检出限8.273×10-9mol/L(S/N=3∶1).在同样的最佳测试条件下,检测了实际样品中的对乙酰氨基酚含量,其回收率为95.0%~98.8%.  相似文献

在壳聚糖-氮掺杂石墨烯-十二烷基苯磺酸钠复合膜电极上实现了多巴胺(DA)和对乙酰氨基酚(PT)的同时测定.用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲法(DPV)研究了DA和PT在该修饰电极的电化学行为.结果表明,在pH=5.0的磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中,修饰电极对于DA和PT的电化学氧化具有良好的催化性能.DA的氧化峰电流在2~10、10~90μmol/L浓度范围内呈良好的分段线性关系,检出限为0.178 μmol/L,PT的氧化峰电流在4~150μmol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.06μmol/L.实验结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠能显著提高检测的灵敏度,选择性和重现性.  相似文献

用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MCNT/GCE)上的电化学行为.结果表明ACOP在裸玻碳电极上表现为不可逆的电极过程,而在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上ACOP的氧化过电位降低152 mV,电极反应的可逆性得到明显改善.在优化的条件下ACOP在1.0×10-7-2.0×10-5mol.L-1浓度范围内,氧化峰峰电流与浓度间成线性关系,其检出限为5.0×10-8mol.L-1.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)以中性红为聚合物直接制备修饰电极,同时对亚硝酸盐在中性红修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为进行研究.结果表明:亚硝酸根在中性红修饰电极上的氧化峰电位与在玻碳电极上的氧化峰电位相比左移了164 m V,这充分说明了中性红修饰电极对亚硝酸根的氧化具有很好的电催化性能.利用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了亚硝酸根的平均峰电流值与浓度之间的关系,检出限可达5.18×10-7 mol/L(信噪比为3),回收率为94.3%~104.5%.该修饰电极不受外界杂质干扰、制备方法简单、灵敏度高,在测定食品中的亚硝酸盐含量时效果良好.  相似文献
