字母词探析     
本文从当今社会出现的字母词现象入手,首先对字母词的范围和性质进行了界定,明确指出外语词不属于字母词,同时探讨了英文字母缩略语的归属问题。通过总结得出结论:英文缩略词确实属于字母词。接下来通过大量词典中的例子,进行了字母词的分类,并对字母词的有利和不利方面进行了一定的评述。最后谈了一下字母词的规范问题,也为从更广的范围研究整个外来词做了一定的准备和积累。  相似文献

学术界对字母词的研究分为三个阶段:起步阶段(1979-1996)、关注阶段(1997-2001)和繁荣阶段(2002-2006)。文章梳理2007年至2016年之间,有关字母词的研究成果。与前期研究进行纵向比较后证实:这几年间,字母词的研究更加成熟,概念界定更加科学,字母词的分类更加细化。我们认为:字母词有其存在和发展规律性,有必要对字母词进行科学研究和认知。  相似文献

作为一部规范性汉语词典,《现代汉语词典》对字母词的收录反映了字母词在汉语中的存在现状。以美国语言学者托马森的语言接触理论为基础,采用统计分析的方法,对第5版和第6版《现代汉语词典》收录的字母词进行比较研究后发现,汉语受字母词的影响以英语为主,字母词的汉化程度较低,字母词的使用范围趋向日常化。同时,作为一种语言接触性演变,字母词的存在具有一定的合理性;字母词的未来发展受到语言接触强度和语言使用者态度的影响。  相似文献

汉语中字母词的大量涌入已经对汉语汉字的规范化形成了强大的冲击。虽然字母词进入汉语已是不争的事实,但我们还是要从本质上认识它。字母词的涌入有其实际需求的一面,但主要还是一些语言外的因素在起主导作用。作为一种特殊的工具,语言须要规范,这种规范的主要标准是适应全社会大多数人的使用需要,而字母词在汉语社会目前还不具备这个功能。因此对汉语中的字母词应该积极予以规范而不能等待语言的“自我调节”。  相似文献

When readers search for misspellings in a proofreading task or for a letter in a letter detection task, they are more likely to omit function words than content words. However, with misspelled words, previous findings for the letter detection task were mixed. In two experiments, the authors tested the functional equivalence of both tasks. Results reveal similar patterns of omissions for both search tasks when misspellings were produced by substituting one letter for another: There were more omissions for function words than for content words. However, when two letters were transposed, differences between the two tasks emerged. It is possible to conclude that letter detection and proofreading are based on common cognitive processes but the nature of the target can modulate the effects. Results are interpreted in light of the attentional disengagement model and the guidance organization model of the missing-letter effect.  相似文献

The goal of the study was to examine the association between visual‐attentional span and lexical decision in skilled adult readers. In the span tasks, an array of letters was presented briefly and recognition or production of a single cued letter (partial span) or production of all letters (whole span) was required. Independently of letter recognition and phoneme awareness, width of partial recognition span predicted substantial variance only in detection of letter misorderings in words, while partial span efficiency made small contributions to decisions on regular words and pseudowords, but not strange words. With a production format and the inclusion of short‐term phonological memory, neither partial‐span nor whole‐span measures contributed positive independent variance to word and nonword decisions. The results provide meagre support for the idea that skilled adult readers with a wide visual‐attentional span might process words more effectively than those with a narrow span during lexical decision.  相似文献

This study examined the development of beginning writing skills in kindergarten and the relationship between early writing skills and early reading skills. Sixty children were assessed on beginning writing skills (including letter writing, individual sound spelling, and real and nonsense word spelling) and beginning reading skills (including letter name and letter sound knowledge, global early reading ability, phonological awareness, and word reading). Children’s beginning writing abilities are described, and they exhibited a range of proficiency in their ability to write letters, spell sounds, and spell real and nonsense words. Global early reading proficiency, phonological awareness, and/or letter sound fluency predicted letter writing, sound spelling, and spelling of real and nonsense words. Twelve very poor readers in May of first grade, including four withdisabilities, were randomly assigned to one of two daily tutoring conditions designed to teach children to read regularly spelled short words by one of two methods: blending sounds to form words, or cumulative introduction of whole words. Both treatments included letter/sound correspondences and spelling words in the reading set. At the end of ten sessions, no differences were found between the treatment outcomes; however, delayed posttests one week later found differences favoring the blending treatment on reading and spelling instructional words, and on transfer to words composed of known letter sounds.  相似文献
