大学英语教学中,教师更多的是注重提高学生阅读和听力理解能力。地方高校学生的英语基础相对较弱,学生在初高中的英语学习中口语一直处于薄弱环节,也没有引起足够重视。其实,大学英语教学要注重培养学生的英语综合运用能力,让学生能学以致用。大学英语口语教学在整个大学英语教学中处于非常重要的地位,教师要充分利用课堂内外的时间来帮助学生提高英语口语能力。作为大学英语教学一线教师,该文作者结合所在学校的教学实际对大学英语口语教学现状做出分析,探讨了口语教学的重要性,同时也提出了解决策略。 相似文献

口语是利用口语语言表达思想,进行口头交际的活动。大学英语口语课,作为培养学生口头交际能力的一种重要课堂教学形式,对其重要性认识虽有增强,但教学进展缓慢,其现状不容乐观。由于种种原因,许多大学并不重视口语教学,甚至根本不开设口语课程,而一味的追求大学英语四级的过级率,导致许多学生的口语能力与四级成绩很大程度上不成正比。主、客观原因的共同作用使学生口头交际能力仍然很薄弱。如何改变这种现状,以提高口语教学水平,需要我们广大外语教师共同探讨。本文从教师的角度,结合自身教学经验,从以下几个方面对口语课程的若干问题进行必要的探索和研究。 相似文献
