人人参与、人人奉献的微公益理念,与志愿者精神一脉相承,与青年大学生的思想实际契合,开拓了青年志愿者工作的新路径,为创新高校共青团志愿者工作提供了机遇。目前,高校共青团青年志愿者工作存在参与志愿服务不广泛、行政干预影响行动效力、工作实效性和持续性较差等问题。高校共青团创新志愿者工作应从形成微公益工作理念、建设微公益平台、依靠志愿者组织进行项目运作、以微公益推进志愿服务常态化等方面入手,将公益行为转变为普通人随手可做的"微行动"。 相似文献

本文主要以普通高校青年志愿者队伍建设原则为研究重点。认为高校大学生是社会中知识与意识较高层面的人,对其进行志愿者服务的教育则有利与引导大学生的世界观和人生观沿着正确的轨迹前行。在现实的高校志愿者建设过程中需要坚持的原则主要有四个方面分别是：高校青年志愿者需以服务社会为建设原则;高校青年志愿者需以人为本为建设原则;高校青年志愿者需以可持续发展为建设原则;高校青年志愿者需以无私和有偿相结合为建设原则;高校青年志愿者需以去政治化为原则;高校青年志愿者需以激励机制为建设原则。遵循这六个原则,加强高校的志愿者队伍建设,让更多的人参与到其中,以使社会沿着正确的轨迹前行是高校志愿者建设的根本。 相似文献

青年志愿者活动的蓬勃发展是文明社会的体现，在我国构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下，高校作为人才技术高地与人文精神殿堂，在整个社会结构中处于一种特殊的地位。高校青年志愿者活动在传播文明理念，帮扶弱势群体，解决社会矛盾等方面起着重要的作用。在某种意义上说，青年志愿者活动起着社会润滑剂的作用，成为政府服务之外的另一种重要社会服务。据统计，青年志愿者中学生志愿者占到了46．16％，高校志愿者又是其中的主力军。然而，当前所存在的诸多困难与尴尬已成为高校青年志愿者活动实现更高层次发展的瓶颈。 相似文献
