美国教师教育制度经历了师范学校、教师学院和综合大学教育院系三个发展阶段。20世纪80年代后，出现了教师专业发展学校，教师专业发展和教师教育专业化逐渐成为教师教育发展的主要趋势。在新世纪里，我国的教师教育面临着如何进行改革，以适应新世纪教育发展要求的重大课题。借鉴美国教师教育发展的经验，我国教师教育应注意从封闭走向开放，从职业定向走向专业发展，并在大学和中小学的合作实践中促进教师的专业发展。 相似文献
