分析了转炉冶炼轴承钢的技术优势,以GCr15轴承钢为例,采用全铁水脱硫-复吹转炉吹炼-LF＋RH精炼-大截面连铸流程生产轴承钢工艺可行。采用优质铁水并预处理脱硫,有效地控制原料中〔P〕≤0.01%、〔S〕≤0.003%;通过复吹转炉吹炼,使钢中碳-氧反应趋于平衡,弥补了因低拉碳造成的钢中氧含量高的不足;利用LF及RH精炼,使钢材中的有害元素〔Ti〕≤30×10-6、〔O〕≤8×10-6、〔N〕≤38×10-6、〔H〕≤0.8×10-6;通过大截面连铸改善了大规格轴承钢低倍缺陷。 相似文献

以钢渣为骨料、铝粉为发泡剂,采用碳酸化工艺制备加气混凝土制品,考察制品的微观结构和发泡性能,并探究其“微观结构”与“宏观性能”之间的构效关系。经研究发现：(1)钢渣加气混凝土制品采用铝粉发泡工艺,发泡性能良好,孔隙率可达87.5%;(2)铝粉发泡钢渣浆体水化过程中形成了水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,这种凝胶嵌入单碳型水化碳铝酸钙晶体间隙,从而形成稳定的凝胶-网络框架结构,大大增强了钢渣粒子之间的粘结强度,不但提高了浆体的稳泡能力,而且提高了制品的抗压强度(最高可达1.01MPa);(3)钢渣加气混凝土碳酸化反应后,因形成了“凝胶网络-棒状晶体”纠缠结构,显著提升了制品的抗压强度等级(达到C1.0级别)。该研究不仅能大量消耗钢渣废弃物,而且能够实现二氧化碳的长期固定,生产出成本低廉品质优良的碳酸化钢渣建材制品,符合国家环保降碳、节能减排的政策要求。 相似文献

随着工业和汽车制造业的发展以及环保要求的不断提高,润滑油基础油生产逐步向APIⅡ和Ⅲ类基础油转变,其中国内市场对中高黏度重质润滑油基础油需求量较大。但由于原油质量变差,采用传统“老三套”工艺无法生产合格的重质基础油,而采用异构降凝技术成本过高。因此RIPP开发了一种将加氢技术与“老三套”相结合的组合工艺,即“糠醛精制-加氢处理/加氢精制-酮苯脱蜡-白土精制”工艺流程,可以生产出满足HVIⅡ类标准的重质基础油及优质光亮油产品。 相似文献
