"例"是中国古代法律文本中的重要组成部分.万历<问刑条例>是明朝历史上最后一次修订的"例",但这次修订却给后人留下了诸多疑团,如修订过程、参修人员,完成时间.特别是完成时间,一般人认为本"例"完成于.万历十三年,但实际上却是万历三十五年甚至更晚.本次修"例"看似平常,实际上却是在两种社会意识思想即"心学"和"实学"的冲突交合下完成的,而也正因为这种社会意识的转型和变化,才使得本次修"例"不同于以往. 相似文献

湖南在明以后逐渐成了一个戏剧大省，目前学者对其境内大部分剧种的历史源流都有了较为清楚的认识，但对曾盛行于湖南城乡之影戏的历史源流的认识，却是相当模糊。如其形成时间，或日起于光绪二十二年，或日是明万历年间，或干脆说“不见记载”。万历之说因证据不足而不可信，光绪二十二年说又晚于实际情况。由于没有确切材料，我们以为湖南影戏形成时间的上限暂难拟订，但其下限不会晚于1855年。 相似文献
