Experiments of silt rock subjected to coupling loads were carried out on tailormade equipment. With a constant dynamic load, the behaviors of eight sets of siltite specimens were investigated with different axial static loads. The experimental results show that the modulus of the specimens under coupling loads increases at first and then decreases with the increase of axial static pressure. The failure model of the specimens also varies. Keeping the dynamic load constant, when the axial static pressure is low, the specimen breaks in two simply. With the increase of axial static pressure, the cone-shaped fragment appeares. When the axial static pressure reaches 90% of the static strength of rock, the specimen smashes into amount of small fragments.  相似文献

The effect of solute Cu and Cu precipitates on the wear behavior of ferritic iron under an unlubricated condition was investigated. The specific wear rate of Cu-containing steel abruptly decreased up to 50 N of load, and then gradually decreased with further increased load. The specific wear rate of the as-quenched specimen, in which Cu was in a solid solution, was the lowest among all the specimens at low loads, and all specimens had almost the same specific wear rate at high loads. Subsurface observation showed that the hardness increments of all specimens decreased with increased depth below the worn surface. The as-quenched specimen had a relatively large depth of deformed region than the other specimens even though the increments in hardness were almost the same for all specimens at low loads. With the same hardness at an unworn state, the as-quenched and over-aged specimens exhibited a substantial increase in hardness and large deformed regions below the worn surfaces. This finding indicated that the enhancement in plastic deformation and work hardening led to the decrease in the specific wear rate of the as-quenched specimen at low loads and the improvement in the wear resistance of all specimens at high loads.  相似文献

By means of the improved split Hopkionson pressure bar(SHPB) with axial pre-pressure and confined pressure,two series of experiments on sandstone are earned out to research the failure mode of rock during the course of exploitation of resources in deep.One is under the conditions that the confining pressure is fixed and the axial pressure is changeable.The other is under the conditions that the confining pressure becomes and the axial pressure is fixed.It is found that samples break up evenly after impacting when axial static pressures are low,there is great disparity in size of fragments when axial static pressures are high,and the main bodies of samples after the tests under the combination of dynamic and static loads frequently show the type of V or X.The samples are more close-grained at the elastic stage and impacts make many cracks be generated and developed,as makes samples more crackable.At the initial phase of damage stage,the static pressures make some cracks in the samples which are undeveloped and the impacts' role is similar to that at the elastic stage.At the metaphase or anaphase of damage stage,these cracks in the samples develop adequately and the impacts mainly accelerate samples' failure.The main bodies of samples show the type of V or X after impacting due to the confining pressures' restraining samples' lateral formation at the elastic stage or the initial phase of damage stage,the main bodies of samples have almost formed at the stage loading static pressures and the results after impacting usually are similar to those under the axial pressures tests.  相似文献

Ultrasonic wave testing was applied to investigate the quality and weathering status of rock specimens obtained in two borings situated in the Xishan Buddha rock slope in Taiyuan, China. This paper pays special attention to the distribution of bulk density, dynamic parameters and static parameters of rock specimens as well as the relationship between static and dynamic parameters. The results illustrate that the distribution of both parameters is identical along the depth of two drilled holes in the rock slope. When the hole depth increases, the density of rock mass, saturated compression strength and static elastic modulus, dynamic elastic modulus and wave velocity also show increase tendency. The weathering degree in the rock mass ranging from the surface of cliff to the depth of 2.5 m is the highest while the rock mass is unsalted and more rigid when the depth is larger than 3.0 m. The relationship between dynamic elastic modulus, sonic wave velocity and horizontal depth indicates that dynamic elastic modulus is more sensitive than sonic wave velocity. Conversely, by comparing quantity relationship between static elastic modulus and sonic wave velocity, it is found that the composition of rock has a great influence on the relationship between static and dynamic parameters, that is, inequality of rock composition will lead to dispersion and abnormality of the distribution of static and dynamic parameters.  相似文献

To study the bending strength of mass concrete under dynamic loading, the pure bending zone of three-graded concrete beam is considered as a three-phase composite composed of matrix, aggregate and interface between them on meso-level. Dynamic constitutive model considering strain-rate strengthening effect and damage softening effect is adopted to describe the cocrete and meso-element's damage. The failure mechanisms of beam under impact loading, triagle wave load, dynamic load coupling with initial static loading were simulated by using displacement-controlled FEM. Furthermore, stress-strain curve of the specimens and their dynamic bending strength were obtained. The results obtained from numerical simulation agreed well with experimental data.  相似文献

为了验证本文建立的锚索/注浆体耦合本构方程的正确性,对不同试验条件下的拉拔试验进行了数值模拟.分别对径向压力为常数,径向刚度为常数下的拉拔试验进行了数值模拟,并对其进行各相关参数、不同围岩应力变化等参数条件下的力学效果进行了详细的分析,得出了影响锚索锚固效果的相应的影响因素:注浆体的力学特性、锚索单元的围压及其刚度和由于岩体开挖引起的原岩应力场的改变.并且通过数值模拟可以看出,不同围压锚索体内的轴向载荷与其轴向位移、轴向位移与其径向位移之间的函数关系.轴向载荷随着轴向位移的增大而成增大的趋势,同时,水灰比低的锚固单元锚索的承载力比水灰比高的锚固单元要高;而且,在锚索轴向载荷的作用下,锚索的径向位移与其轴向位移基本呈线性关系.在岩体开挖后,岩体内的应力状态的改变对锚固体的应力分布有较大的影响作用,其应力状态的改变可以较大的影响锚索的轴向载荷的等作用载荷的分布.  相似文献

通过对重庆某大型隧道工程拱顶下沉、围岩周边收敛位移、围岩压力及钢支撑轴力等进行现场实时动态监测,获得了隧道围岩压力、位移和周边变形随时间的变化曲线,并对该隧道的监测结果进行定量分析,得到了隧道监测周期变化趋势。同时,结合该隧道的监控分析结果对设计和施工进行了定性评价,有针对性地提出了对类似工程设计和施工的建议。  相似文献

To investigate the seismic behavior of connections composed of steel reinforced ultra high strength concrete (SRUHSC) column and reinforced concrete (RC) beam, six interior strong-column-weak-beam connection specimens were tested subjected to reversal cyclic load. Effects of applied axial load ratio and volumetric stirrup ratio on ductility, energy dissipation capacity, strength degradation and rigidity degradation were discussed. It was found that all connection specimens failed in bending in a ductile manner with a beam plastic hinge. The ductility and energy dissipation capacity increased with the decrease of applied axial load ratio or increase of volumetric stirrup ratio. The displacement ductility coefficient and equivalent damping coefficient lay between those of steel reinforced ordinary concrete connection and those of reinforced concrete connection. The applied axial load ratio and volumetric stirrup ratio had less influence on the strength degradation and more influence on the stiffness degradation. The stiffness degraded sharply with the decrease of volumetric stirrup ratio or increase of applied axial load ratio. The experimental results indicate that SRUHSC column and RC beam connection exhibited better seismic performance and can provide reference for engineering application.  相似文献

Pipes, especially buried pipes, in cold regions generally experience a rash of failures during cold weather snaps. However, the existing heuristic models are unable to explain the basic processes involving frost actions. This is because the frost action is not a direct load but one that causes variations in pipe-soil interactions resulting from the coupled thermohydro-mechanical process in soils. This paper developed and implemented a holistic multiphysics simulation model for freezing soils and extended it to the analysis of pipe-soil systems. The theoretical framework was implemented to analyze both static and dynamic responses of buried pipes subjected to frost actions. The multiphysics simulations reproduced phenomena commonly observed during frost actions, e.g., ice fringe advancement and an increase in the internal stress of pipes. The influences of important design factors, i.e., buried depth and overburden pressure, on pipe responses were simulated. A fatigue cracking criterion was utilized to predict the crack initialization under the joint effects of frost and dynamic traffic loads. The frost effects were found to have detrimental effects for accelerating fatigue crack initialization in pipes.  相似文献

桥梁结构有限元分析软件MIDAS在桥梁结构分析中的应用日益广泛。随着社会的快速发展,车辆荷载变异严重,立交桥不时承担着重车超重等荷载作用。经检测发现某地一立交桥有多联梁体偏移严重,且梁体存在受力裂缝及其他裂纹等病害。为摸清该桥的受力性能,基于通用计算机软件MIDAS对该立交桥梁进行加固处理并进行静动载结构分析,分析结果为该桥的使用性能及其加固提供了参考。  相似文献

试验规程规定常规的岩石三轴试验需要5件以上的岩石试件,对于岩石试件少或取芯困难的工程,就无法满足数量上的要求;其次岩石具有较大的离散性,常规岩石三轴试验得出的结果离散性较大.作者在刚性伺服三轴试验机上通过简单的控制方式,采用单块或少量试件,实现多级围压作用下加载的三轴试验,同时对数据进行了统计分析.使用该方法确定的粘聚力低于常规试验值而内摩擦角变化不大,同时该方法可以降低岩石试件间的差异对试验结果的影响.  相似文献

According to the problem during mining coal seam with high gas and its control, the theory numerical calculation of gas and strata movement law caused by protection layer mining was studied, with the background of Snake Mountain coal mine. First of all, the basic principle of fluid (gas)-solid coupling was briefly described, and a three dimensional model was established by FLAC software. Secondly, the calculation parameters of fluid-solid coupling were obtained based on the measured data, and the numerical calculation of sublevel mining was carried out in turn. Lastly, initial stress state, gas movement law, deformation law of pore pressure and movement characteristics of rock strata were studied, respectively. The results show that the gas and pressure were greatly reduced with the advance of 4 coal seam working surface, as well as the constant increase of area of goaf. Facilitating gas and the stress were gradually penetrated and released to goaf during the whole process of mining. The gas pressure, the aggregation degree and the surrounding rock pressure of the 1 coal seam and the 3 coal seam were greatly reduced.  相似文献

为了研究掺加橡胶粉或玻璃纤维对大粒径沥青碎石黏弹性能的影响,通过单轴静载蠕变试验,得到不同荷载和不同沥青用量下的大粒径沥青碎石应变-时间曲线,并采用Burger模型对其蠕变柔量进行表述,得出以下结论:当w(沥青)=3.3%时,掺有橡胶粉或玻璃纤维的大粒径沥青碎石性能最佳,相较于掺加玻璃纤维的大粒径沥青碎石,掺加橡胶粉的大粒径沥青碎石抵抗瞬时抗变形能力较弱,抵抗永久变形能力较强。随着荷载的增加,掺加玻璃纤维或橡胶粉的大粒径沥青碎石抵抗瞬时变形能力和永久变形能力也逐渐增强。  相似文献

讨论弹性有限长度杆端部受冲击载荷作用,在轴向应为波传播和反射过程中的动态屈曲问题.利用扰动方程的解、端部支承条件和应力波反射前后波阵面相容条件得到了动态屈曲的分叉条件,临界载荷和屈曲模态.数值结果表明:临界载荷有多个分支且随时间增加而降低;由于应力波在端部的反射,使临界载荷进一步下降.这个结果就解释了实验中的一些现象.  相似文献

The effect of axial shallow groove on the nonlinear dynamic response and buckling of laminated cylindrical shells subjected to radial compression loading was investigated. Based on the first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT), the nonlinear dynamic equations involving the transverse shear deformation and initial geometric imperfections were derived with the Hamilton philosophy. The axial shallow groove of the laminated composite cylindrical shell was treated as the initial geometric imperfections in the dynamic equations. A semi-analytical method of expanding displacements and loads along the circumferential direction and employing the finite difference method along the axial direction and in the time domain is used to solve the governing equations and obtain the dynamic response of the laminated shell. The B-R criterion was employed to determine the critical loads of dynamic buckling of the shell. The effects of the parameters of the shallow groove on the dynamic response and buckling were discussed in this paper and the results show that the axial shallow grooves greatly affect the dynamic response and buckling.  相似文献

This paper establishes a 3D numerical model for 15# hydropower house of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) and performs a nonlinear static and dynamic damage analysis. In this numerical model, a coupling model of finite and infinite elements for simulating infinite foundation of hydropower station is adopted. A plastic-damage model based on continuum damage mechanics, which includes the softening and damage behavior under tension is considered for the concrete material. The dynamic equilibrium equations of motion are solved by using the HilberHughes-Taylor (HHT) time integration method. Firstly, the static damage response analysis of the hydropower station is conducted due to high tensile stress resulting from large water head and diameter of an inlet pipe. Then, on the basis of static simulation, the dynamic damage analysis of hydropower house subjected to earthquake motion is simulated. Numerical results show that under large water head and diameter of an inlet pipe of the project, the damages are mainly located near the top of the spiral case from the inlet section to the 0° section; under combined loadings of static loads and earthquake, the damages of the concrete surrounding the spiral case increase insignificantly; however, some damages occur on the side walls of the main powerhouse.  相似文献

为了研究车辆随机荷载作用下的大跨径钢桥面铺装层动响应,首先根据目前钢桥面铺装的平整度现状,利用功率谱密度函数模拟桥面不平度;然后选取单轮车辆模型计算由桥面不平度引起的行驶车辆随机动荷载;最后采用瞬态动力分析方法计算了铺装层的竖向位移及最大横向拉应力等主要力学响应,并与以往的移动恒载作用下铺装层的动响应及静力计算结果做了比较、分析表明,针对铺装层而言,相邻的2块横隔板的跨中位置为最不利荷栽位置;考虑桥面不平度情况下铺装层的最大竖向位移和最大横向拉应力的峰值分别是只考虑冲击系数的移动恒载作用下的1.33倍和1.39倍、研究结果为铺装层的混合料和结构设计提供了理论依据,对桥面施工及维护提出了严格要求.  相似文献
