针对REVS-50M小型光电跟踪系统的控制部分设计了PID控制实验。原系统采用PD控制虽然没有超调,但调节时间过长,不太符合系统需要对运动目标进行实时、稳定地跟踪的要求。针对该问题,采用临界比例度法整定PID参数的方法,找到合适的PID参数,减小了调节时间,实现转台对手动靶标的快速跟踪。通过该实验,学生可以对自动控制理论中经典的PID控制进行深入了解,并将理论与实际相结合,掌握该方法在工程中的具体应用。该实验采用提出问题的方法引导学生动手解决问题,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力以及工程实践能力,得到了良好的教学效果。 相似文献

为了快速实现柔性机械臂的精确定位,减小机械臂移动过程中的抖动,本文利用Lagrange方法建立了柔性机械臂的动力学模型,并在此基础上利用线性二次最优控制LQR（Linear Quadratic Regula-tor）方法设计了机械臂快速定位控制器.在LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件中进行了仿真实验验证,结果表明：利用 LQR方法控制的机械臂系统响应更快,能更快地到达目标位置,速度提高约2.8倍,大幅减小了达到稳态的时间,同时削弱了运动过程中产生的抖动,机械臂的整体性能得到提高. 相似文献

针对运动控制系统设计了一种模糊自整定PID参数控制器,该控制器首先采用基于继电特性的方法求得PID控制器参数的初值,进而利用模糊控制器对运动控制系统的PID参数进行在线整定、计算和调整,并将取得的对应系统最佳性能的PID参数作为输出结果。目前该方法已在Matlab/Simulink中进行了仿真和实验,结果表明该自整定方法能使运动控制系统快速获得满意的PID参数和控制效果。 相似文献

在LabVIEW 7 EXPRESS开发环境下设计了远程PID控制系统，并针对某气罐压力系统进行了仿真研究。文中给出了控制系统设计及PID参数整定的方法，控制器设计兼顾了系统的跟踪性能及鲁棒性能，实现过程方便灵活，且具有良好的通用性。仿真结果表明所设计的远程控制器具有较为理想的控制效果。 相似文献

基于汽车疲劳试验机平台对转向机液压伺服系统进行研究,针对试验机运行过程中出现的控制精度不高、系统不稳定问题,设计了电液位置伺服系统。首先建立系统数学模型,推导相应的传递函数。接着利用Simulink软件对系统进行稳定分析,利用典型的PID参数整定策略对系统进行优化处理。最后采用神经元网络自学习算法,在simulink中设计单神经元PID自学习系统,对位置伺服系统进行参数优化整定。研究结果表明：采用单神经PID整定的电液位置伺服系统超调量比典型PID整定策略减少了90%以上,整定时间也缩短了一半以上。系统稳定性更强、精度更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。 相似文献

ROV(水下机器人)运动常表现出不确定性,很难建立精确的数学模型。为实现精确航向控制,减小偏航角较大时产生的超调,设计了一种积分分离模糊PID控制器。利用MATLAB-SIMULINK仿真建模,对ROV航向控制进行仿真实验,通过一种小型水下机器人的水池实验,整定优化PID参数,并与经典PID控制性能比较,实验结果证明该控制器具有较好的动态性能和稳态性能。 相似文献
