本文揭示了高校教师数量的增加与扩招、教师资源配置范围的有限和教师资源的流动不足是我国高校教师队伍水平偏低的主要原因，从而表明除了对教师进行培训以外，还必须从淘汰这条途径来进行师资队伍建设。本文就高校实施“淘汰制”的前提条件与可能性也进行了探讨，并指出高校实施“淘汰制”已有法律依据，同时必须注意处理好传统教育体制与国际接轨的问题和如何维护教师的人格与尊严的问题。 相似文献

近些年来，全国各类高校扩招形势非常明显，由扩招带来的教学质量下降已是在所难免，特别是刚由专科升格为本科的院校，教育教学质量更是令人堪忧。因此，对持续扩招背景下高校教学质量保障问题的研究刻不容缓。要解决这个问题，可先从四个方面入手。第一是高素质师资队伍建设与教学过程中教师主导地位的确认；第二是教学手段的改进与大学生学习兴趣的激发；第三是教学环节的调整与大学生创新能力的培养；第四是“前大学”的强化训练和“后大学意识”的培养。这四个问题解决得好，教育教学质量就有了得力有效的保障。 相似文献
