在经济结构转型与经济增速换档的叠加期,推进新型城镇化与新农村建设协调发展是全面建成小康社会的基本保障。文章先对新型城镇化与新农村的发展内涵进行阐述,继而论证新型城镇化与新农村建设的协调关系,研究显示：新型城镇化与新农村建设具有内在的一致性,新型城镇化是推动新农村建设的动力源泉,新农村建设是实现新型城镇化的现实基础。在此基础上,文章剖析了新时期我国新型城镇化与新农村建设协调发展过程中存在的问题,并结合我国的基本国情、省情、农情,提出相关的对策建议。 相似文献
