在世界成人教育专业化的进程中，成人教育教师的专业化是一个不可忽视的方面。当前我国的成人教育专业化存在的问题主要有：政策法规上未能突出成人教育教师资格，成人教育教师队伍以兼职为主、专兼职结合。成人教育教师思想观念上存在着认识误区，大多未受过专业的成人教育教师职业教育和培训，教学理念落后且理论联系实际能力不强；成人教育教师专业化程度不尽理想。促进成人教育教师专业化的途径有：在政策法规上保障专业成人教育教师的合法地位，制定并完善成人教育教师的继续教育制度，试行成人教育教师证书制度，改革高等师范教育专业设置，加强教师专业化发展的理论研究，建立健全科学有效的成人教育教学评估体系。 相似文献
