论食品中沙门氏菌的检测方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
沙门氏菌是肠杆菌科中的一个重要菌属,是人和动物的常见病原菌,可引起人类多种疾病。如食物中毒、胃肠炎、菌血症、肠热症等。据统计,目前世界上85%的食物中毒是由沙门氏菌引起的。在美国,每年有约2~4百万个沙门氏菌中毒病例,造成约有1000人死亡;美国政府每年投入几十亿美元用于沙门氏菌的检测与防治。而今,随着社会的发展和人类文明的进步,人们对食物品质的要求越来越高,因此准确、快速地检测食品中的沙门氏菌,对于预防人类沙门氏菌污染具有十分重要的意义。  相似文献

目的:分析手足口病病原谱变化和标本类型对病原学诊断的意义.方法:自2009年5月至2011年5月连续采集临床诊断为手足口病病例的粪便、肛拭子、咽拭子进行EV71、CoxA16等肠道病毒核酸检测.结果:2816例被检测患儿中2265例为肠道病毒阳性,阳性率为80.4%,其中EV71感染率最高,占49.7%.EV71、CoxA16和其他肠道病毒核酸检出率分别为:2009年47.8%,2.8%,31.1%;2010年51.9%,4.4%,24.1%;2011年48.9%,6.7%,19.1%.粪便或肛拭子、咽拭子标本检出率分别为82.1%、65.6%.重症患儿肠道病毒阳性检出率为81.1%,EV71阳性730例,占64.4%.肠道病毒阳性病例主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占95.9%.结论:2009年至2011年引起手足口病的主要病原是EV71;引起手足口病重症病例的主要病原为EV71.  相似文献

介绍了用于检测具有毒性质粒沙门菌的2种荧光PCR试剂盒(一种是荧光PCR染料法检测试剂盒,另一种是荧光PCR探针法检测试剂盒)的研制过程,2种试剂盒运用了自行设计的特异性引物和TaqMan探针,能同时特异性地从众多的沙门氏菌和非沙门氏菌中高效、快速、准确地检测出多种具有毒性质粒沙门氏菌,而对于不具有毒性质粒的沙门氏菌和非沙门氏菌均不能检出,可为食品检验和医疗诊断领域提供方便快捷检测具有毒素质粒沙门氏菌的荧光PCR试剂盒.  相似文献

目的观察电生理检测对慢性乙醇中毒的诊断价值。方法对32例慢性乙醇中毒患者的临床特征进行分析,并作神经电图(NCV)肌电图(EMG)检测进行分析。结果32例慢性乙醇中毒患者的EMG检查经综合判断提示神经源性损害;MCV异常率为65.6%,≥SCU异常率为83.3%.结论EMG,NCV能反映慢性乙醇中毒引起的周围神经系统的弥漫性损害,为临床提供电生理检测的客观指标。  相似文献

食物中毒是指人食用有毒食物后引起的一类以急性过程为主的疾病。食物中毒分为细菌性食物中毒和非细菌性食物中毒两大类。细菌性食物中毒是指人吃了被细菌及其毒素污染的食物引起的中毒,如沙门氏菌属、肉毒梭菌毒素中毒等。非细菌性食物中毒是指人吃了混有毒物的食物或含毒素的食物引起的中毒,它分为真菌毒素中毒,化学性食物中毒和有毒动植物中毒三类。下面谈谈几种常见的食物中毒: 1、河豚中毒 河豚卵巢、肝脏、皮肤、血液中含较多的毒素(主要是河豚毒素,河豚酸),毒性稳定,一般炒煮、盐腌日晒均不能破坏。毒素阻断神经元之间及神经肌肉之间的传导,抑制心血管中枢和呼吸中枢,麻痹随意肌。发病初期恶心呕吐、四肢乏力,若不及时抢救可能使口唇及全身麻木,语言不清,呼吸衰竭致死。要严禁鲜河豚上  相似文献

泰州市食源性致病菌污染状况的调查研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的了解沙门氏菌、单增李斯特菌、空肠弯曲菌、副溶血性弧菌在泰州市零售食品中的污染状况,为食源性疾病监测、预防提供科学依据。方法根据国标方法,对泰州市出售的生畜禽肉、熟肉制品、蔬菜、水产品中4种致病菌进行检测。结果2006年-2008年共检测样品695份,检出致病菌91株,总检出率为13.09%。其中沙门氏菌检出28株,检出率为4.03%;单增李斯特菌检出44株,检出率6.33%;副溶血性弧菌检出19株,检出率2.73%;未检出空肠弯曲菌。结论泰州市生畜禽肉、熟肉制品中存在不同程度的致病菌污染,其中单增李斯特菌污染较严重,应加强监测和检查。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture recommends use of food thermometers to safely cook small cuts of meat, yet most consumers do not use them. Consumers lack knowledge about how and why to use food thermometers with small cuts of meat. Opportunities exist for family and consumer science classes to provide education about thermometers to adolescents, who may disseminate this information to parents. The most successful nutrition programs are based on behavior-change theories compared with standard interventions. A teaching kit for high school students was developed, based on the Health Belief and Transtheoretical Models, covering the "how's" and "why's" of using food thermometers. After participating in the lessons, students' knowledge about the reasons for using a thermometer and their self-confidence in using thermometers increased. In addition, students were more ready to use a thermometer with small cuts of meat after completing the intervention.  相似文献

Blueberries are a rich source of anthocyanins, which are associated with health benefits contributing to a reduced risk for many diseases. The present study identified the functional Gardenblue blueberry (Vaccinium ashei Reade) anthocyanin extracts (GBBAEs) and evaluated their capacity and underlying mechanisms in protecting murine RAW 264.7 cells from lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated inflammation in vitro. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit results showed that GBBAEs significantly inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1β, and interferon-γ (INF-γ). Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis indicated that the mRNA expression levels of IL-6, IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) were suppressed in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Additionally, Western blot analysis was used to evaluate the relative protein expression levels of COX-2 and nuclear factor-κB p65 (NF-κBp65). All these results suggested the potential use of GBBAEs as a functional food for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

A convenient competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for ciprofloxacin (CPFX) was developed by using rabbit monoclonal antibodies (RabMAbs) against a hapten-protein conjugate of CPFX-bovine serum albumin (BSA). The indirect competitive ELISA of CPFX had a concentration at 50% inhibition (IC50) of 1.47 ng/ml and a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.095 ng/ml. The mAb exhibited some cross-reactivity, however, not so high with enrofloxacin (28.8%), ofloxacin (13.1%), norfloxacin (11.0%), fleroxacin (22.6%), and pefloxacin (20.4%). And it showed almost no cross-reactivity with other antibiotics or sulfonamides evaluated in this study. The competitive ELISA kit developed here could be used as a screening tool to detect and control illegal addition of CPFX in food products. This kit had been applied to milk detection and the recovery rates from samples spiked by CPFX were in a range of 63.02%–84.60%, with coefficients of variation of less than 12.2%.  相似文献

Maintaining current, relevant curriculum in undergraduate Food Microbiology courses is essential for training future experts in food quality and safety. Having an understanding of the fundamental techniques (for example, polymerase chain reaction [PCR]) that are used in the food industry and regulatory agencies is critical for students entering the workforce. The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of integrating molecular methods into an undergraduate Food Microbiology course in both lecture and laboratory settings. Modules on PCR and pulsed‐field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), both of which are currently used by government agencies and the food industry to investigate the presence and persistence of foodborne pathogens, were developed, introduced, and evaluated among 269 students over 4 y. Multiple teaching and learning styles were incorporated through (i) traditional lecture format on the basics of PCR and PFGE; (ii) hands‐on group activities to build upon the lecture instruction; (iii) performing PCR and PFGE in the laboratory; and (iv) group discussions to analyze results from laboratory exercises. Pre‐ and postinstruction evaluations revealed significant increases in understanding and application of both methods in lecture and laboratory settings as demonstrated by 0.60 and 0.51 mean normalized gains for respective PCR and PFGE lectures and 0.50 and 0.56 mean normalized gains in respective labs. Academic year significantly impacted score improvement, potentially due to hidden factors, such as previous exposure to material and student aptitude. This study provides the platform for successful introduction of molecular techniques in an undergraduate Food Microbiology course. The guidelines and materials developed by our group are publicly available for use by other institutions.  相似文献

对虾白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)编码与核酸合成代谢相关的核糖核苷酸还原酶(Ribonucleotide Reductases,RR),与病毒DNA的复制有关.利用克隆技术将RR基因克隆到L4440载体,构建体内合成dsRNA的大肠杆菌HTn5工程菌.诱导该工程菌合成了RR基因的特异双链RNA(RR—dsRNA)和非特异双链RNA(gfP—dsRNA),分别与WSSV混合共注射凡纳滨对虾,在感染72h后用病毒检测试剂盒提取DNA模板用于荧光定量PCR分析,结果显示RR—dsRNA能有效抑制WSSV病毒粒子的增值.  相似文献
