利用硬壁限制势下Rashba自旋轨道耦合量子线波函数以及一个自旋流定义来计算宽量子线中的自旋流密度,得到了两个非零线自旋流密度分量及一个净自旋流密度,发现随着量子线通道数及Rashba自旋轨道耦合作用的增加以上三个自旋流密度会随之增强,此外利用自旋流产生的可被检测电场可提供一个对自旋流进行检测和调控的方法. 相似文献

从量子力学的基本原理出发,推导出玻色子和费米子所具有的波函数对称性质.进而通过求可分辨粒子与全同粒子的距离平方的久期值,证明了交换对称性波函数具有吸引的性质,而交换反对称波函数具有排斥的性质.在此基础上,考虑到电子波函数为空间波函数和自旋波函数的乘积,证明了自旋相反的两个电子具有吸引作用,从而导致电子成对出现. 相似文献

在有效质量近似和变分原理的基础上,选取三个不同的变分波函数,研究了纤锌矿结构的GaN/AlxGa1-xN柱形量子点中类氢施主杂质态结合能随量子点高度L及杂质位置z0、p0的变化规律.计算结果表明:三个不同变分波函数计算得到的杂质态结合能随量子点高度L及施主杂质位置z0、p0的变化规律一致,但对比三个不同变分波函数计算所得结果可知,选取单参量的各向同性类氢波函数,杂质态结合能最大,基态能最低,按变分原理,表明备向同性类氢波函数能更好地描写柱形量子点中类氢施主杂质电子的运动,也表明小量子点(量子点的直径和高度可比)中类氢施主杂质态一定程度上的各向同性行为. 相似文献

基于第一性原理的密度泛函理论和非平衡格林函数方法,研究了边界掺杂下锯齿型石墨烯纳米带(ZGNRs)中的自旋输运性质,结果显示:在ZGNRs边缘,利用单个铝(Al)或磷(P)原子替换碳原子后,ZGNRs中的电子输运呈现强烈的自旋效应.特别地,在Al掺杂的偶数个原子宽度的ZGNRs中,上自旋电流随着电压单调增长,而下自旋电流在1伏偏压左右出现明显的负微分电阻效应(NDR).其主要原因是替换边缘C原子的Al(P)原子为施主(受主)杂质,一方面使透射谱或电导发生自旋极化,另一方面在透射谱上杂质态在费米能之上(下)引入了一个透射谷. 相似文献

We investigate alternating response of the spin current in a quantum dot system coupled to a normal metal electrode,to which an alternating driving voltage and a pumping rotating magnetic field are applied.The expression of the time-averaged spin current and its differential is obtained based on a non-equilibrium Green's function method.We find that for a given rotating frequency,the spin current increases rapidly and appears to have small steps when the driven frequency increases.As the driven frequency is further increasing,the spin current can be significantly enhanced and approaches a stable value.The photon-assisted processes bring about interesting features of spin current.The influence of the gate voltage and temperature on the spin current is examined in detail. 相似文献

The physics behind the game of billiards is rather well understood as is our grasp of classical mechanics. We present here a mathematical explanation of why slice shots are more difficult than direct shots. Despite a large number of treatises dedicated to the study of physics of billiards, it appears that the simple explanation has escaped our attention until now. We show that high impact-parameter shots impart a larger angular spread to the object ball, compared to head-on shots. The effect can be understood in terms of a non-linear relationship between the impact parameter and the scattering angle, and the fact that a real-world pool player does not have a perfect cue ball control; in other words, the impact parameter distribution is not a delta function, but has a finite spread. To keep the mathematics simple and not to obscure the underlying physical principles our treatment ignores the ball’s spin, friction, and other well-known effects in the game of pool. 相似文献

Aharonov-Casher oscillasions of transmission through a mesoscopic ring with a magnetic impurity is investigated.Both spin-dependent transmission and reflection coefficients of spin-state electrons at zero-temperature are calculated as a function of the textured electric fields and its title angle in the present of spin-flipper scattering.It is found that the spin-exchange interaction can destroy intermittently periodic oscillations of spin-up transmission and reflection coefficients within some small ranges in the adiabatic region of quantum phase.However spin-down transmission and reflection coefficients appear periodic AC oscillations.The calculated results manifest that spindown transmission and reflection coefficients have the same perfect oscillation patterns.In the nonadiabatic region, the behavior of the anomalous AC oscillations are depedent on the difference between the tilt angle of spin and that of texture electric field. 相似文献

Spin-polarized transport through a precessing magnetic spin coupled to ferromagnetic electrodes is studied using a non-equilibrium Green's function approach. The characteristic of conductance is obtained at zero temperature. We find that competition between spin-exchange interaction on the spin site and spin-orbit interaction in the barriers dominates the resonant behavior of conductance. In a parallel configuration, conductance peaks have identical amplitude. With the angle θ increasing, the width of resonant peaks is broadened or narrowed for different spin coherent states. In an anti-parallel case, spin-flip tunneling in the barriers will essentially enhance amplitude of the conductance peak. 相似文献
