利用XRD，TPR和活性评价等手段，研究了NiO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备方法对CH4与CO2转化制合成气催化活性的影响。在本实验条件下，采用浸渍法和焙烧温度为400℃制备的NiO/γ-Al2O3(ω=0.113）催化剂，在反应温度为750℃和空速为2500h^-1下，对CH4和CO2重整反应会显示良好的催化活性。本文还对催化剂抗积炭性能作初步讨论。 相似文献

以廉价的氢氧化铝、氢氧化钠和硫酸铵为主要原料,成功制备了SO42-/γ-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂.将其用于乙酸正丁酯合成反应,并探讨了催化剂制备条件(浸渍液浓度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间)对酯化率的影响.结果表明:SO42-/γ-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂的最佳制备条件为浸渍液浓度1.2 mol·L-1,焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间3h. 相似文献

采用浸渍 -还原法 ,制备了一系列Cu -Ni/γ -Al2 O3 催化剂 .在固定床流动反应装置上考察了不同含量的Cu对Ni基催化剂反应性能的影响 ,并采用TPR和TPD技术对催化剂进行表征 .结果表明 ,以 4 %Cu - 10 %Ni/γ -Al2 O3 的催化剂活性最好 .在反应温度为 75 0℃ ,CH4 /O2 =2(体积比 )时 ,CH4 的转化率达到 10 0 %,H2 和CO选择性分别为 10 0 %和 97% 相似文献

以沉淀浸渍法在不同焙烧温度下制备了固体超强酸SO42-/Ti O2,采用FT-IR、XRD、TG-DTA、Hammett指示剂法、Py-IR等多种分析手段对其进行表征,并研究了焙烧温度对催化剂的结构及催化剂结构与其活性的关系。结果表明:450℃焙烧3 h得到的SO42-/Ti O2为固体超强酸;SO42-与Ti O2的配位方式为螯合双配位;晶型为锐钛型;在此温度下,硫的损失较少。通过合成草酸二环己酯的酯化反应表明:在450℃下得到的催化剂具有较高的催化活性,草酸二环己酯产率达76%。 相似文献
