Passivity degradation of 304 stainless steel(SS) in simulated alkaline water chemistries at 300℃ was investigated using polarization curve, scanning electron microscope, time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Experimental results indicated that 304,SS was selfpassive in the test solution and the thickness of passive film was about 500 nm. Hydroxide was enriched in the outer layer whereas oxide was enriched in the inner layer. Sulfur in thiosulfate could be reduced into lower valence of sulfur and enter the passive film so that the composition of passive film was modified by sulfur. Fe and Cr were enriched in the passive film whereas Ni was depleted in the passive film. 相似文献

The effects of the electro-deposition conditions on the crystal structure and the properties of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) were investigated in this paper. The results show that EMD was γ-crystal, with sand-like rough interface. The optimal preparation conditions of EMD were 30 min deposition time, and p H=1.0 in Mn SO4-H2SO4 solution at 50 ?C. Surfactant(P1) was conducive to the uniform and stable surface of γ-Mn O2 film, the impedance and the specific surface area of the electrode modified with γ-Mn O2 increased by 21.4 times and 75.6 times, respectively. The redox reversibility and the resolution ratio of characteristic peaks with the modified electrode were significantly improved in the benzodiazepines electrochemical reaction. The achievement illustrated that the controllable synthesis of γ-Mn O2 film thickness was practical in electrochemical sensors, and the determination reliability of benzodiazepines was improved with γ-Mn O2 modified electrodes used in environment monitoring technology. 相似文献

High resistance thin film chip resistors(0603 type) were studied,and the specifications are as follows:1 k? with tolerance about ±0.1% after laser trimming and temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) less than ±15×10-6/℃.Cr-Si-Ta-Al films were prepared with Ar flow rate and sputtering power fixed at 20 standard-state cubic centimeter per minute(sccm) and 100 W,respectively.The experiment shows that the electrical properties of Cr-SiTa-Al deposition films can meet the specification requirements of 0603 type thin film chip resistors when the deposition time was about 11 min and deposition films were annealed at 500 ℃ for 120 min.The morphologies of Cr-Si-TaAl film surfaces were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The analysis suggests that Ta and Al may be distributed in CrSi2 film with mixed form of several structures(e.g.,bridge-like,capillary-like or island-like structures),and such a structure distribution is responsible for high film resistance and low TCR of Cr-Si-Ta-Al film. 相似文献
