劳资关系是新民主主义经济的重要关系之一。“五反”运动后,新民主主义劳资关系出现了新的矛盾,国家在新的矛盾的基础上对劳资关系进行及时调整,如推动成立以发展生产为中心的劳资协商会议,倡导签订劳资集体合同,保证企业获得合法盈利,确立体现“劳资两利”的企业利润分配原则等等。这些措施不仅将劳资关系纳入正常化,使之符合“劳资两利”的原则,而且使资本主义工商业的生产和经营得以恢复和发展,为新民主主义社会的和谐奠定了基础。 相似文献
