二元政治权力结构是指以人民代表大会制度为核心的国家权力体系与党的权力体系并行运行的权力结构。二元政治权力结构从形式上看是矛盾的,因为一个国家不可能有两个最高权力机关。从宪法的角度来看,这种权力结构的设置体现了我国崇尚国家主权的完整和统一的立宪理念。这与西方的宪政政体中强调三权分立和相互制衡的立宪理念完全不同。理解这一理念是分析我国政治权力结构及其运行的前提。 相似文献

作为西南地区人口数量最多的一个少数民族,彝族尤其是凉山彝族其先民曾在本民族内部构建了独特的政治权力体系,如鬼主统治下神权与王权的合二为一、严格的等级制度及严密的家支组织。这一权力体系在彝族社会发展史上占主流地位,直至元朝以后,国家权力逐步渗透到彝族政治体系之中,并一直持续至整个近代。如果说,元朝是彝族权力发展史上的一个转变,它使彝族政治体系开始在形式上被纳入到统一国家政治体系的范畴,那么,新中国的成立则是彝族权力发展史上一个划时代的转折,它使彝族社会的权力结构、权力关系均发生了史无前例的变革。 相似文献

古典社会契约论以政治权威的起源来论证政治权力的合法性,无可避免地要将哲学的论证与历史的阐释相纠葛。在洛克建构政治社会的契约进路中,政治权力以个人主义为合法性基础,以公众福利的达成为运行宗旨。面对理性构建政治社会的历史证据不足问题,洛克部分扭转了对菲尔默父权主义批判的态度,试图在契约理论的框架内接受父权式及征服式的历史演进型国家,成为政治人类学的拓荒者。洛克通过"默示同意"为其政治人类学的两类国家建构个人主义的道德基础,然而这在某种程度上是失败的,并且自身的言说存在不相一致之处。 相似文献

政治伦理是一门研究社会政治生活中道德原则与规范、政治与道德关系及其发展规律的学科。研究政治伦理的目的在于对社会政治现象进行道德思考和道德评价,其根本任务是揭示政治伦理的本质特征、规范体系和演变规律,以有助于人们进行合乎道德标准的政治行为选择。政治权力是指政治组织把自己的意志强加于其它社会成员的能力,是政治行为的合理来源。在整个政治社会中,权力却与其本质相分离,被阶级所占有,甚至被私人所窃取,被用来为阶级利益服务和用来谋取私利。这就要求权力必须受到制约。而且,权力的道德制约在一切存在权力的地方都有着普遍意义。本文将着重阐述政治伦理与政治权力的制约关系。 相似文献

The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
