基于半导体控温的方式,设计了一套饱和蒸气压测量装置。实验装置通过LabVIEW程序实现温度的自动控制和压力信号的采集,可测量的温度范围为-20~200℃。使用几种常见流体对实验装置的测量准确度进行了检验,结果表明了实验装置的可靠性。新研制的实验装置具有温度测量范围宽、测量速度快、结构简单、体积小巧的优点,尤其适用于实验教学。 相似文献
