行政听证制度在中国应用的范围越来越广，所起的作用也十分明显。但是，目前中国行政听证制度也存在一些严重的不足。因此，应该扩大行政听证制度的适用范围；赋予听证会主持人以中立、客观的地位，保证听证活动公正、公平；应该公平、公正、合理地选择听证代表；听证结果应该对行政机关作出行政决定具有约束力；应该制定全国较为统一的听证程序。 相似文献
