目前很多高校利用网络在大学生中开展法制教育,但其教育效果不佳。制约高校网络法制教育效果的主要因素有教育者的观念、受教育者的心理、教育的内容与方法、教育环境等。只有针对这些因素提出相应的改进措施,如教育者转变观念,真正重视网络法制教育;针对大学生心理特点改进教育的内容和方法;建构良好的网络法制教育环境,建立和完善高校、社会、家庭三位一体的法制教育网络,等等,才能提高高校网络法制教育的效果。 相似文献
