Infrared spectroscopy studies of 2-methyl-4,5-dimethoxy-3-oxo-2H-pyridizine (MDOP) in 12 pure organic solvents were undertaken to investigate the solvent-solute interactions. The frequencies of the carbonyl (C=O) of MDOP were correlated with solvent properties such as solvent acceptor number (AN) and the linear solvation energy relationships (LSER). These frequencies showed a good correlation with the solvent acceptor number (AN) and the LSER.  相似文献

Infrared (IR) absorption spectra and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterrns of sexpenfine cat's eye from Sichuan Province have been investigated, and infrared absorption bands of the serpentine have been assigned in this paper. The results indicate that the bands near 3 600 - 3 700 cm^-1 belong to the stretching absorption band VOH, the bands in 948 - 1 100 cm^-1 axe assigned to the stretching vibraling band Usvo, and the bands at 600 570 and 440 cm^-1 respectively belong to the bending vibration band VOH, δMg-O and δSi-O. The serpentine cat' s eye includes two types: chrysotile and antigorite. Chrysotile has a sharp and intensive band at 3 688 cm^-1 and a weak band at 3 643 cm^-1 , while antigorite has only one intensive band in the region. At vibration band VSi-O, chrysotile and antigorite have a similar feature at 1 071 cm^-1, but the band at 980 cm^-1 in anfigorite has been split into two bands in chrysotile - a strong one at 1 027 cm^-1 and a weak one at 949 cm^-1. In addition, antigorite has a characteristic bending vibrating band δMg-O at 570 cm^-1. Based on the analysis of the feature of crystal structure, their IR differences axe well explained.  相似文献

Well-cubic perovskite lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO3) film on (110) silicon substrate was fabricated by sol-gel method with corresponding inorganic salts. Lanthanum acetate and aluminum acetate glacial acetic acid solutions were prepared via ligand exchange starting from lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate and aluminum nitrate hexahydrate after being refluxed. (CH3CO)2O removed nitrates and the crystallized H2O completely, acetylacetone (AcAc) was partially bidentated with metallic ion of the metallic acetates and formed La(OAc)3−x (AcAc) x which were hydrolyzed into La(AcAc)3−x(OH) x by adding 10 ml 0.4% methyl cellulose (MCL) solution. The La(AcAc)3−x (OH) x , polymerizing and combining with MCL, formed the LaAlO3 sol precursor with heteropolymeric structure and formed film easily. The epitaxial LaAlO3 film on Si(110) substrate was crystallized after being annealed in thermal annealing furnace for 650–750 °C/30 min. The morphologies and microstructures were characterized. The refractive index of the LAO film was 1.942 to 2.007; the dielectric constant and the dissipation factors were estimated to be 23–26 and 2.1×10−4−2.4×10−4 respectively. SO4^2- / TiO2-La2O3, a novel solid superacid, was prepared and its catalytic activities at different synthetic conditions are discussed with esterification of n-butanoic acid and n-butyl alcohol as probing reaction. The optimum conditions have also been found, mole ratio of n(La^3+):n(Ti^4+) is 1:34, the soaked consistency of H2SO4 is 0.8 tool/L, the soaked time of HESO4 is 24 h, the calcining temperature is 480 ℃, the calcining time is 3 h. Then it was applied in the catalytic synthesis often important ketals and acetals as catalyst and revealed high catalytic activity. Under these conditions on which the molar ratio of aldehyde/ketone to glycol is l: 1.5, the mass ratio of the catalyst used in the reactants is 0.5%, and the reaction time is 1.0 h, the yields of ketals and acetals can reach 41.4%-95.8%.  相似文献

With InCl3·4H2O being used as raw materials, the precursor of nano-sized In2O3 powder was prepared by hydrolysis, peptization and gelation of InCl3·4H2O. After calcination, nano-sized In2O3 powder was obtained. The powder was characterized by thermo-gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. Calculation revealed that the mean crystalline size increased with increasing the calcination temperature, but crystal lattice distortion rate decreased with the increasing in the average crystalline size. This indicated that the smaller the particle size, the bigger the crystal lattice distortion, the worse the crystal growing. The activation energies for growth of nano-sized In2O3 were calculated to be 4.75 kJ·mol−1 at the calcination temperature up to 500°C; and 66.40 kJ·mol−1 at the calcination temperature over 600°C. TEM photos revealed that the addition of the chemical additive (OP-10) greatly influenced the morphology and size of In2O3 particles.  相似文献

A liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sensor with high selectivity, sensitivity and low power consumption has been developed based on indium oxide with very low resistance. Nanocrystalline In203 gas sensing materials were directly synthesized through a one-step controllable solvothermal process at 210 ℃ for 24 h, using InCI3.4H2O as the starting material, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as additive and ethanol as the solvent. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that indium oxide takes on uniform cubic shape with range size of 10~30 nm and fine dispersivity. Gas sensitivity was measured in a mixing static gas. The results indicated that 3.0 V is the best working voltage of the sensor to LPG. Sensitivity is 12.6. The response-time and recovery-time are 3 s and 10 s respectively. Three kind of aryl-substituted tri-benzyl sulfonium salts [ (4-phX)phSph2 ] PF6 [ X = S, O ] were prepared by the condensation of biphenyl sulfoxide with biphenyl sulfide, biphenyl ether or 1, 1' -biphenyl in the presence of polyphosphoric acid which can be used as dehydrate agent. The reaction condition was mild, such as reaction temperature between 40- 50 ℃ ,reactive time 2- 3 h, the yield of 4-(phenylthio)triphenylsulfonium hexafluorophosphate was 87.6%. The three kind sulfonium salts show better curing character to epoxy resin.  相似文献

In the present work, the fruits of four Morus species, namely Morus alba (white mulberry), Morus nigra (black mulberry), Morus laevigata (large white fruit), and Morus laevigata (large black fruit), were analyzed for proximate composition, essential minerals, and antioxidant potentials. For this purpose, the ripe fruits were collected from the northern regions of Pakistan. The major nutritional components (moisture, ash, lipids, proteins, fibres, carbohydrates, and total sugar) were found to be in the suitable range along with good computed energy. Total dry weight, pH, and titratable acidity (percent citric acid) were (17.60±1.94)–(21.97±2.34) mg/100 g, (3.20±0.07)–(4.78±0.15), and (0.84±0.40)%–(2.00±0.08)%, respectively. Low riboflavin (vitamin B2) and niacin (vitamin B3) contents were recorded in all the fruits, while ascorbic acid (vitamin C) was in the range from (15.20±1.25) to (17.03±1.71) mg/100 g fresh weight (FW). The mulberry fruits were rich with regard to the total phenol and alkaloid contents, having values of (880±7.20)–(1650±12.25) mg/100 g FW and (390±3.22)–(660±5.25) mg/100 g FW, respectively. Sufficient quantities of essential macro-(K, Ca, Mg, and Na) and micro-(Fe, Zn, and Ni) elements were found in all the fruits. K was the predominant element with concentration ranging from (1270±9.36) to (1731±11.50) mg/100 g, while Ca, Na, and Mg contents were (440±3.21)–(576±7.37), (260±3.86)–(280±3.50), and (240±3.51)–(360±4.20) mg/100 g, respectivly. The decreasing order of micro-minerals was Fe>Zn>Ni. The radical scavenging activity of methanolic extract of fruits was concentration-dependent and showed a correlation with total phenolic constituents of the respective fruits. Based on the results obtained, mulberry fruits were found to serve as a potential source of food diet and natural antioxidants.  相似文献

Homogeneous, crack-free SrNbxTi1−x O3 thin films on (110) silicon substrates were successfully fabricated by sol-gel processing. The optimum route and conditions were systematically investigated. Sr(OAc)2 glacial acctic acid solution, after being refluxed and reacted with tartrate, formed Sr(OAc)2(C4H6O6)2; Ti(OBu)4 formed Ti(OAc)4−x (AcAc)x after having the ligand partially exchanged with AcAc, while Nb(OC2H5)5 formed (OAc)2Nb(AcAc) (C4H6O6) by exchanging of ligand in glacial acetic acid with (CH3CO)2O. All the metal species after undergoing partial hydrolysis and polymerization with hydroxyl or oxygen, formed SrNbxTi1−x O13 cluster sol. Methyl cellulose (MCL) caused SrNbxTi1−x O3 sol to have polymeric structure and easily form films. SrNbxTi1−x O3 films with perovskite were subsequently formed after being annealed at 650∼750 °C for 60 min in 25% N2+75% H2 (volume ratio) atmosphere. Resistivity of the SrNb0.1Ti0.9O3 films at room temperature was 64 μω·cm, a particular T 2 temperature dependence of the resistivity, from 25 K up to room temperature, was observed. A well-known pseudopotential is used to investigate the superconducting state parameters (SSP), viz., electronphonon coupling strength, Coulomb pseudopotential, transition temperature, isotope effect exponent and effective interaction strength for Ag x Zn1 − x and Ag x Al1 − x binary alloys theoretically for the first time. We have incorporated here five different types of the local field correction functions to show the effect of exchange and correlation on the aforesaid properties. Very strong influence of various exchange and correlation functions is concluded from the present study. Comparison with others such experimental values is encouraging, which confirms applicability of the model potential in explaining the superconducting state parameters of binary mixture.   相似文献

A trinudear Mn(II) coordination complex Mna (HEDTA)2-10H20 (EDTA=ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) 1 has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystal structure determination. In addition, IR spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra and magnetic susceptibility of this complex are discussed. X-ray determination indicates that six- and seven-coordinate modes between Mn(Yl) and H4EDTA exist alternately in 1. Furthermore, detailed discussion of magnetic ordering in tile temperature range of 2-300 K reveals the antiferromagnetic interactions in the complex.  相似文献

Acoustic wave propagation in piezoelectric crystals of classes?43m and 23 is studied. The crystals Tl3VS4 and Tl3TaSe4 (43m) of the Chalcogenide family and the crystal Bi12TiO20 (23) possess strong piezoelectric effect. Because the surface Bleustein-Gulyaev waves cannot exist in piezoelectric cubic crystals, it was concluded that new solutions for shear-horizontal surface acoustic waves (SH-SAWs) are found in the monocrystals using different electrical boundary conditions such as electri- cally “short” and “open” free-surfaces for the unique [101] direction of wave propagation. For the crystal Tl3TaSe4 with coefficient of electromechanical coupling (CEMC) Ke2=e2/(C×g)~1/3, the phase velocity Vph for the new SH-SAWs can be calculated with the following formula: Vph=(Va Vt)/2, where Vt is the speed of bulk SH-wave, Vt=Vt4(1 Ke2)1/2, Va=aKVt4, aK=2[Ke(1 Ke2)1/2-Ke2]1/2, and Vt4=(C44/ρ)1/2. It was found that the CEMC K2 evaluation for Tl3TaSe4 gave the value of K2=2(Vf–Vm)/Vf~0.047 (~4.7%), where Vf~848 m/s and Vm~828 m/s are the new-SAW velocities for the free and metallized surfaces, respectively. This high value of K2(Tl3TaSe4) is significantly greater than K2(Tl3VS4)~3% and about five times that of K2(Bi12TiO20).  相似文献
